Good afternoon. I have been using the salon's services for the second year and I want to note that the quality of service has significantly decreased.
When I signed up for a plastic facial massage, which according to the website is 120 minutes, I had a regular massage in 30 minutes. During the calculation, the administrator did not even have a thought that the procedure ended very quickly...
To my question - what kind of plastic massage it was, which lasted only 30 minutes, the administrator went for clarification and explained that this master performed massage using this technique in another salon, and our salon has a program for 120 minutes, so we will charge you for a classic massage. And without any embarrassment and / or desire to correct the situation in any way, the administrator announced the cost of the service instead of 75 rubles - 60 rubles.
But, I want to note for myself that if a person signs up for a specific type of massage, having previously studied the technique and expected results from it on the salon's website, then this is extremely important for him. By reducing the price easily, you not only did not solve the issue, but also questioned the qualifications of other specialists.
It seems that the administration is not aware of what services and to what extent their specialists provide. Moreover, if you delve into the information indicated on the website, it states that the classic massage is 60 minutes. And this speaks even more about the qualifications of customer service.
What if I bought a certificate for a gift for this service and it was provided the same way as me? How many customers would you lose?
I'm not even talking about the fact that I originally planned to enroll in a course on this type of massage...
