I visited this arena with my nieces, and the friendly administrators met us, told us and helped us figure out where to go next. The park is clean and well maintained, they also warned that there is drinking water and cups in the park. The nieces were absolutely delighted with the visit, and they also played with the instructors, who tried to pay attention to each child. I recommend it for visiting and family holidays

They don't look after the children!
They left a child of 4 years old, went to the store, they were not warned that they would not look after him.
As a result, the child dressed himself, put on his shoes and left the center for the street.
When they came up and asked where the child was, they replied I have no idea where your child is or what he looks like. You said you signed, although you signed for the child's name and age.
In general, I do not advise leaving children there, there are many other decent children's centers where children can really be safe.
To the organization's response:
If you "watched the cameras" and everything is there, as you say, we would not leave the child alone, and as for the rules of conduct, we did not say anything except shoe covers.

Good changing rooms, large comfortable, large rooms, lots of trampolines, there is a separate entertainment for kids, there is a separate room for holidays, an acceptable price of 12 rubles for 1 hour. I recommend it, the Parking is large, near the center.
