I don't understand why the flag will be hung a maximum of 5-6 times a year. And the rest of the time there is only a moisture stand.

This place is the pride of our city of Gulistan and is located in the center. It is a good landmark for visitors from other districts and cities, because it is visible from any side of the city. Every year, military holidays and Militia days are held near this place.
