The store is very good, the assortment is quickly updated and replenished. But the staff... you will never find a salesman in the hall. At the checkout, aggression comes from a young man even before you start paying off. Angry, freaking out, muttering to himself. Goods can be thrown. Politeness is out of the question. Perhaps he should think about changing his profession.
When I see him at the checkout, I walk past the store.
The store may be good, but individual "frames" deserve attention.
I bought a toy with a child - the price tag is 12p. It's already over 14p at the checkout - the cashier throws up his hands, saying that their program is full, if I want, I can go to the hall and compare the price with the one on the price tag. An employee stands next to me, apparently an admin or someone responsible, listens attentively with one ear and runs in front of me to this department with toys, puts the price tag in her pocket and hides in the back room.
But she could have come out of the situation beautifully, with dignity... These 2p would not have played a role for me. In general, it turned out to be unpleasant. And by the way, the toy is normal, the quality is good. So work with employees on the behavior in such situations - I'm sure they are not isolated...
A fairly spacious store with a wide range of this chain. But the staff is something. One of them knocks the boxes on the floor with such force that it almost knocks over the visitors. The other one is on the phone publicly discussing her personal life. And the cashier guy does such a favor, counting on you, that any desire to return here disappears((. Oh, what a pity that our Fix Price was closed at Maximus..
