The only advantage is the delicious food.

Great store, good service. The cashier is very polite, the atmosphere is pleasant in the store. Everything is pretty neat, a large assortment, there is no mess like in the fixprice on Karbyshev, near sunny, where consultants are always discussing something wildly and loudly among themselves, and an eternal mess. In general, everything is calm here, quiet, music is playing, the staff is polite.
