I have not seen such a "service" anywhere. when asked to give out a package, they will roll their eyes again. They will look at you as an enemy of the people. unfortunately, there is no time to write in a book of complaints about your wonderful employee. after going to this store, there will be a residue and a feeling that you did something wrong.

I was glad that a fix was opened nearby, but the staff was disappointed. I understand that this store is far from a premium level, but ... the sellers feel very imposing at work, talk about personal topics, laugh out loud. Even when paying at the checkout, the cashier guy shouted something out of work through me to a colleague behind my back. Also, another young man looked very untidy, out of shape and exuded the smell of sweat a couple of meters away from himself.
Pay them more money or something, introduce discipline so that there is at least some kind of service. At least so that it would be pleasant to walk around the hall and choose things and not flinch from the roaring of the workers and feel disgusted, involuntarily listening to their greasy jokes towards each other.
