I came to fitness for the first time. The trainer did not come up, did not ask anything, training began, she gave me such loads as if I were a professional. I crawled home, I was scared all over, high blood pressure rose, I lay at home for 3 days, it was very bad. Now I'm in a different place and a different coach, everything is fine, thanks to him.
