Almost a homely environment. The only thing is that they smoke. There are no problems with this in Turkey at all - tar wherever you want. Very tasty cakes. Soups are too expensive. The rest is more or less at a relatively normal price. They sell Russian condensed milk and sausage :) The owners, I think, are from somewhere in Azerbaijan or another Union republic.
The first place where we had a snack was when we checked into the hotel. The staff is good. The waiting time for the order is not long, there are a lot of local people. The downside for us non-smokers is that the smokes are gone and they smell like smoke.
