I have an old car and I've traveled a lot of service stations. I really liked it here. The diagnosis was done for free. However, they were not allowed inside the garage. While they were watching, I was playing PS, drinking tea, fortunately it was all there, but there were no people. Then all the results of the examination with the photo were sent to my phone. We made an estimate for the repair and cost of the parts. I went to another service station, took a ride in KarCity, checked the prices. I liked the prices of Fit service better. I'm a master builder, and I know by myself that today I can do it perfectly, and tomorrow I'll screw up the same job completely. I was lucky. We did everything well. I highly recommend it.

Please add a notification function in the application that you cannot come for repairs with your spare parts.... I don't know what spare parts you have available, but I came across town for repairs, but it turned out that even though the original parts were, they couldn't be used with my own... then it's better to leave only the function of being able to come for diagnosis, so that you don't have to waste your own and other people's time... You will tell them on the spot that you need to change both and we will change them only for our own spare parts...

The service is at the highest level, the quality of work is 10 out of 10. This is not the first time I visit this car service, it can not be better!The waiting time is very comfortable, tea,coffee,entertainment for children,drawing on a blackboard,construction kits,computer games,movies, cartoons, very comfortable sofas, generally just a buzz!

I came at the invitation of the free diagnostics of the chassis. I connected the paid engine diagnostics check. The guys are doing their best, they gave out a list of malfunctions, but arrived with a normally working engine, after their diagnosis ---- left with an engine that does not drive, "troit", as I was told--- we could disturb the system during disassembly and assembly.... The car is not new, but I arrived it was fine, the engine went off and does not go. I asked to fix the problem --- I did not receive a clear answer. It's very unpleasant...

A "great" company!! You sign up for an oil change through the application, choose a time and allocate time from your schedule - a person from this company calls in a couple of hours and informs you that oil change is possible only with their oil and with their filter. They explain (blatantly lie) this is because they "take care" of the client, you never know if your oil is wrong. In fact, they earn money on oil and consumables by purchasing them at a wholesale price and selling them to customers. Disgusting customer service, I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

Fit Service was recommended by my friend. I signed up using the application that I downloaded. Or by following the link. It was initially thrown to me.
They fell for a free diagnosis.))) Hehe.
The check-up service is excellent.
The car is taken to the box by the receptionist.
At the same time, it shows a recreation room where you can sit on the couch to drink tea and watch the service, through a large window or on a surveillance camera. Further, after 1 part of the observation, an SMS message comes either to the fit service application for defects or other questions to eliminate them. Next, in parts. Also by SMS and in the app. Comfortable.
It takes almost an hour to inspect (undercarriage).
After that, the verdict!
- it needs to be repaired urgently! And they give a complete analysis of what needs to be done and so on.
The price of the service and repair. Well, let's say it's more expensive than in other services.
I didn't leave the car. And therefore, I cannot give an assessment of the quality of their service.

Friendly and competent staff. They don't " ship " with optional services.
I stopped by to adjust the suspension, as well as complete diagnostics at a discount.
The diagnostic program wrote "replacement of the brake fluid is recommended". In fact, the level was measured, it turned out to be 2% higher and you can drive.
The master was only working on my car, there was no delay.
Of the pleasant little things in the waiting area: WiFi, coffee machine, air conditioning, phone chargers.

Excellent service: we did geometry on x5, accepted it at the time, drove the car ourselves. The first impression is very pleasant. But, unfortunately, it turned out that, in fact, the geometry was made for two wheels. It turned out three days later, when they told me to change the steering tips at the chassis diagnostics in another place (they had to be cut off, as they were stuck tightly). That's the question of how they were regulated, even if they did not succumb when heated. The printout was also not given so that the parameters could be checked. Now, with geometry, I will choose a service where it will be possible to see the manipulations being carried out and get a printout on my hands.

Everything is modern, clean, culturally, there are no questions about the reception of the service. The managers are doing a great job. BUT, a large deposit from the work done did the geometry, it was done the second time. The first time, as it was, it remained on the left, I drove again for correction and the steering wheel was scratched (apparently so that I would remember them). The first photo is after the first geometry, the second is after being erased (repeated), there are scars on the right side and the steering wheel decor is slightly torn off from the mounting for geometry, they did not put anything under it. Now I'm going to ride like that to remind you!!!

I arrived on the Skyline.
The guys are responsive, they changed the oil, fuel filter, and nozzle cleaning.
Unlike other service stations, there really is a service here. There is a Playstation in the recreation room, a coffee machine, a TV to view the current state of the car. You can always ask about the current state of repair, and not look around the service station for a person who will answer questions. The masters do not sit in the smoking room for days, looking like they are making my car for their money😂

I didn't really like the customer feedback. They forget to call back. The estimate of the work time differs from the real one at times. If they don't know how to do something, then it feels like they don't find out on the Internet, but plan to do it according to their personal feelings (trouble almost happened)
