I wrote a review on November 25. I thought that would be the end of it. But I was pleasantly surprised. Elena, a representative of Fit Service, called me. I asked very kindly about the problem. At the very beginning of the conversation, I had a position, everything is bad, no more. But during the conversation, I realized. That I am not the only one trying to solve the problem , the service is ready to respond to any of my complaints . Therefore, after visiting the service station, where they explained to me after the inspection that no one is immune from factory defects. And under warranty, they eliminated everything that I had concerns about. I will continue to be serviced by Fit Service, because they value their reputation and everyone who contacts them. Thank you.

Polite staff, comfortable relaxation area. My primary opinion is completely flawed, I made a diagnosis, everything was described, calculated. I decided to buy spare parts on my own to meet the budget. But the car began to stall and decided to deal with this issue first. As a result, during the analysis, I found that if I had done the work in the FIT service, my problems would not have been solved, because absolutely other parts had to be changed. I was told to replace all the silent blocks, although I said that the knocking was bothering me, but the gimbal was knocking, not the elastic clutch, they said everything was OK with the reversing lights, but they were not lit because the sensor was dead, the clutch was replaced, the steering was replaced, why didn't they say anything about this, what kind of diagnostics is this. And we counted so many, as if I were sorting through the whole car. As a result, I did everything in another service for an adequate price. I was very disappointed, because I was looking for a service where I could service my car. It's a waste of time for me personally. The problems were announced in advance, I could have left the car, paid for the diagnosis, and expected more than just a visual inspection. I'll give you 2 rides for the courteous staff and a comfortable seating area.

An excellent specialist is a professional in the chassis - Maxim. I conducted a diagnostic of the chassis and determined the knock. I recommend it! At other service stations, they were sentenced to change almost half of the car (stabilizer bars, stabilizer bushings, steering, ball), but it turned out that the nut on the shock absorber cup unscrewed a little, tightened on both sides and everything became fine!

Excellent car service! I was impressed by the perfectly clean workshop. However, wearing a helmet and a bathrobe to get there is a bit too much 😅
The playstation in the waiting room was also pleasantly surprised. The service is unobtrusive, in addition they diagnosed the car, but did not try to sell anything - they honestly said that it looks fine for half a year, and there it is worth paying attention to a couple of points.

Good service, SUZUKI does very well,they have their own spare parts,there are a lot of boxes and good specialists,prices are average,almost all cars are made,there is everything from a chiropractor to a good Electrician (Yuri).During rush hours, of course, traffic jams, but otherwise everything is fine.

You have lost not only the client, but also my recommendations.
