I was in this service in 2022. They changed the box for me for a month. You can't get anything out of managers. You won't believe it. but to change the box, I spent 800 thousand. It would be better if I bought a lada with this money and rode. in short, this service does not care about the client. they don't strain at all. The attitude towards a woman on a car is disgusting, considering that the car is from Russia, "but they won't come", the story is funny, I don't dive into the repair details, the repair was most likely done normally, you can put a new part (I can't estimate, because the car is not in Russia yet), but the relationship in one word is g ....., they took the money with pleasure, but after that it started, not all the details were returned and they also accidentally threw away, possibly a serviceable part, plus they ordered the necessary part from the second time (waiting almost 2 weeks), they say the supplier messed up and so on ..., documents on the work done and checks are waiting for now, in the service They say I didn't do it.
The residue remained from the work done and the attitude.

These are hiding behind security, they say it's dangerous for you in the repair area, only professionals should be there. Why can't your professionals open the car door and see the sticker, what should be the tire pressure? Pumped up the front left 2.0, into the front right 2.3. visually it is visible that the left one is hidden. Well, professionals, no other way. All clients are considered stupid a priori. For example, when registering, they ask "do you happen to know how much engine capacity you have?". I just happen to know, it's weird how it happened, right? Mostly blondes come in red cars and only know that the car is red? In the reviews for the service, I saw that more than one person wrote that something was not twisted and it unscrewed on the go. That's exactly why it is necessary to let the client to the car so that he can monitor and control, and not lie in a ditch on the roof afterwards. Tire service is also done for a very long time. an hour, instead of 20 minutes in other places. They didn't even bother to wash the wheels during tire repair, again, almost all services do this. Is it nice to touch dirty wheels yourself? I went to them only because I had to do a tire repair, and in other places it was busy for another week, there was an entry for tomorrow (I wonder why people don't want to go to you?). Also, the cost itself is overestimated by at least 1.5 - 2 times. They do not accept their own spare parts and consumables. It is forbidden to be present at the diagnosis and repair of cars, and much more... There are doubts about the qualifications of the staff, since we do not see how the staff works at the repair posts.
