I recently visited this service station and was very satisfied. This is not just a car service, but a place where customers feel comfortable. While my car was being serviced, I was able to have a great time in the cozy recreation area: there is a PlayStation, a coffee machine with delicious coffee and comfortable armchairs. The atmosphere is just wonderful!
The work of the craftsmen was also impressive: everything was done quickly, efficiently and without the imposition of unnecessary services. It is very pleasant that you can not only solve problems with the car, but also relax. I will definitely come here again if necessary!

Everything is fine! We took the car, drove it ourselves, made a diagnosis, called and showed where the problems were, calculated the details and cost of the work, printed out the documents, duplicated them in the application. I was waiting in the client area. Clean enough, playstation, tea, thermopot. But the coffee machine is already broken, or the grains were not filled in, as a strange little water turned out.

I came for a free diagnosis. Everything is at the highest level-service, service, quality of work, clean, tidy, a room for clients, a corner for children (my three children found something to do while they were waiting). The stabilizer bar was found to be defective, the brake and coolant levels were low, and the radiator cap was replaced. All the work was done, all the spare parts were available. It's expensive, but it's worth it. I am satisfied, I will apply again. It was nice to be Mikhail's client.

Guys, thank you, you are the best. The diesel engine broke down after low-quality fuel. They warmed it up , changed the filter , washed it , spent 3 days , it doesn't help. Sergey solved the problem in 15 minutes. A real professional. He consulted on the phone , thanks to his clear and competent explanations , we started the car in 10 minutes and were able to come to the service on our own. There were still 10 minutes and all our problems were solved. Great, thank you guys, prosperity and kindness.

The breakdown of my car was in the release clutch. On my first visit, I bought spare parts from them, a clutch disc and basket, and a master cylinder. The car was in another city, so even at this stage, the consultants offered to bring the car to their service station. But I was hoping that it would be fixed in my city. But in the end, no one could fix it until the end, I found a service station in which they put the main cylinder and set the car in motion. I was able to get to the beginning of Kostanay, but the car did not go any further. As a result, the consultants gave the go-ahead to bring the car to the service station in the evening (the recording was for the morning). I want to note that the consultant who advised me was worried and called when we were driving in tow. It was consultant Mikhail, and he was in touch with me until the end of the repair, which was very important to me. There is a waiting room in the service (with hot tea and delicious sweets), when the car was brought, Mikhail suggested that we sit there and warm up well. Then it became clear that the service was at a high level. The repair of the car itself took 2 days. All the adjacent photos, videos, and receipts were provided. The only drawback is that they did not change the release bearing, since the models they had in stock did not fit my car. I don't think it's the fault of the SRT, but it clearly alerted me. In general, my feedback is very positive about the Fit service on Karbyshev. I hope that the further operation of the machine will not allow you to doubt the professionalism of the mechanics!!!
