I would like to express my gratitude to manager Dmitry for his high professionalism and help in purchasing the product. I turned to this store in order to buy an HDX 2.6 outboard motor, this motor was not available at that time in all online stores of the Republic of Belarus (09/27/24) it was Friday. Dmitry said that these outboard motors should be delivered only on Monday or Tuesday. 20 minutes after the conversation, he called back and said that he had found this motor, clarified the delivery data and said that the motor would be with you tomorrow. I received this engine the next day by courier. I bought more oil for him in the kit in the same online store. At the moment, the engine has almost been run-in. Emotions are only positive. In the conversation, this manager advised on all the nuances that may arise during operation. I wish there were more such specialists. Greetings to Manager Dmitry from Baranovichi.

They said that there is just such a "stick" left last. I agreed. We have confirmed the order, we are waiting. After 4 days, I call back to clarify about the delivery and whether it was ordered accurately. The manager did not have the information, because the director "ordered" it. The next day they call back and inform you that there is no delivery. Completely different spinning rods have arrived

And yet, a week later, I decided to buy a underfloor heating for the UP-2 mini tent, and still it was delivered to me the next day and also with free shipping! We called back promptly within an hour and here began the advice why you need this expensive tent, it's better to take it cheaper, but I said I need this particular set. It turns out that the tent is not available and it needs to wait 2 weeks, I think there is time and agreed to it. 17 days pass, there is no call, the time before the gift is getting closer, I decided to call myself, they say I came yesterday and they will bring you today. Two hours later, the call says everything is there except for the valve under the pipe, I say why it happened, the seller's answer: it was necessary to immediately buy what was available. The order is for 2199 rubles, we wanted to take 15 rubles more for delivery, as then it turned out to be delivery to the entrance only.
Well, I dragged everything into the apartment, started checking, and the tent turns out to be different and more expensive by 700 rubles, I call back, they say we will change it well tomorrow, and tomorrow we need to give a gift. The next day I call in the morning I want to know when they will change, we will call you back, an hour has passed, I call you back myself, they say we will bring you during the day, after 4 hours a call and they ask what happened to your order, I explain everything once again, I ask for delivery to the door, since I injured my arm, they said OK, we will give a gift for an error. The courier's call is near the entrance and I won't take it anywhere, come down yourself. I took the tent, there is no gift and no apology.

The online store generally operates through one place. The managers of the online store do not check orders at all.
Not only did they have to wait more than two hours for the call, but as they write on the website, it's useless to go to the stores without pre-ordering.
On the day when my order was supposed to arrive at the pick-up point on Zhdanovichi, which I indicated and informed the "manager", I arrived at the point, and the sellers are the first to hear about it. That is, they did not receive my order.
The "director" of the store himself could not figure out how to safely resolve the situation. After all, this is a joint on their part. He didn't even try.
The only thing I want to say is a big thank you to the men at the point on Zhdanovichi, to which I came. They helped solve the situation. They got me the sensor I ordered.
