The intercom has been installed in the entrance for more than 14 years. I have been paying for maintenance regularly all these years. And then I changed the card, I forgot to make this payment. Instead of telling me about it, the firm was silent. A debt of 6.8 rubles ($2.5) was formed. As a result, the intercom button stops working. I submit three possible applications to the e-mail box; I leave a voice request; I leave the phone number so that they will call me back. In response... Who would have thought - silence for 4 days! I call the accounting department and only then am I informed that due to debt, the system cannot put my application in the queue! I repeat, no one called me back in response to my three requests!!! They say - pay off the debt, we will put an application.
Bottom line: I paid off the debt. I sent the applications again. And what do you think? I've been quiet for two days now!!!
I live on the 5th floor in a building without an elevator and for a week with a non-working intercom!!!
Disgusting attitude towards customers!!!

The staff is generally up to one place, to their job. Bills and documents are both wanted and transferred, due to their inattention and irresponsibility, the constant change in the type of payment, a debt was formed, which they deigned to remind only after 2 years. Shock.

The Technomig company in Grodno installed an intercom system in our house ..... and disappeared. The cheap system breaks down, but there is no reaction to residents' complaints. These are scammers who take money for a service and do not perform it!!!
