Service for 3/5. The young ladies are clearly not interested in selling pastries
Coffee for 4/5 - again, the human factor and great efforts can make excellent coffee
But baking 5/5 - you can lick your fingers.

For the goodies - a solid five. But there are a lot of threes for the service. It wouldn't hurt for the girls to be more polite. They always served me with such a face, as if I was buying with their money, and not with my own. By the way, it's expensive. But it's delicious
