The hotel is very cozy and atmospheric, there is a restaurant with delicious food on the ground floor, the rooms are clean and spacious.
The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, it's not very convenient to walk with suitcases.

I lived in a business class room. Clean, a normal bed. A good breakfast. There's a restaurant downstairs, and room service is nearby. There is parking at the entrance. It 's worth the money .

Two in one: a hotel and a brewery restaurant. Conveniently located on the outskirts, close to the airport and free access to intercity routes. On the ground floor there are restaurants Fessla and Suluguni. So there won't be any problems with dinner. Breakfast, however, does not start strenuously until 8:00. But for a couple of days we collected dry rations with us (made with imagination: toasted sandwich and arugula salad).

We tried to check into a hotel upon arrival . But they couldn 't . Everything is occupied . The room must be booked 2 days in advance. The hotel has a good restaurant and we went to dinner and lunch on purpose. By Russian standards, the average price tag is 2-3 thousand for a dinner with wine and beer per person. I really liked the shop in the back where you can buy delicious local cheese and beer.good parking in front of the restoron hotel

It's all good. Excellent hotel,. It is convenient that there is a hotel. We stopped 2 times . It's a good restaurant. Excellent steaks and beer that brew themselves. There is a store nearby with products we have tried different types of beer and cheese! Good luck! They forgot to give back their ID card, but well done, they sent it by courier service at the expense of the hotel!

Nice hotel!
The breakfasts are amazing, very large and delicious. The hotel has 2 restaurants with craft beer. And its own parking.
The room is clean, it was taken with a large bathroom, everything you needed was a bathrobe, slippers and a tea set. Specifically, it seemed to us that the layout of such a large room was slightly not thought out, and the toilet weighs too much.
In the restaurant, I really liked the cuisine, but 2 dishes were mixed up.
Of the cons, on Friday night it is very noisy in the room from the restaurant. The water in the bathroom was red.

There are no shelves in the shower, the lighting could be brighter, complicates shaving. In some rooms, the windows to the street do not open (perhaps it does not matter for someone), in order to ventilate the room.
Positive: the standard room is large enough, the convenient location of the hotel, on the ground floor there is a good restaurant (Georgian cuisine) with its own brewery.

Comfortable, convenient. The staff is polite and welcoming.
For the first time in hotels, I had the feeling that cleaning was overdoing it: in my opinion, taking a half-used bottle of shampoo and replacing it with a new one is somewhat wasteful.
Ideas for the future, what can be improved: there was not enough of a cup near the sink in the toilet, it was not very clear where and how to store a toothbrush.
The watering can of a tropical shower is not of very high quality. It would be better to replace the curtains with blackout over time.
In general, I was completely satisfied, especially considering the completely adequate prices.

I definitely recommend it. The location area itself is not very far from the center. But large rooms, a huge bathroom with a huge bathtub! It's really like a mini pool there. Everything is new. In some places, repairs are still underway in the corridor. There are two restaurants downstairs, everything is delicious, they brew their own beer. The bed is soft, the WiFi is fast, there are a lot of channels. Of the cons, there are few outlets. The table is standing, two lamps are nearby, there are no sockets. Another minus is the reception on the third floor, the room was on the second))). In total, a great option for your money 🔥 for Kostanay.
