We were taken to the hotel for free, too, and returned to the hotel at 22. A huge selection of high-quality clothing made of leather, fur and alpaca. I bought myself an alpaca coat with a fur collar. The tailoring and quality are great. We need to bargain! Divide the price in half and bargain further. Foreigners take it without bargaining, for them the price on the price tag is normal. Yes, documents for a tax refund are not given after the auction. They can be given out if you buy for the price tag. But a discount of 50% or more is more than 7% of the price tag.
