A great hotel with stunning views of the Blue Mosque, Ayyasofia and the Bosphorus! Competent and friendly staff who can solve your problems! The rooms in Istanbul are quite spacious (we had a superior for three with a sea view), always clean and warm! The breakfasts are the same as in all hotels in the city.
I stayed at the hotel on September 29 and 30, 2024. In principle, Doya Istanbul is a normal hotel. But there are nuances. Of the minuses, there are interruptions with hot water, which is actually why we moved to another hotel. There is no hygienic dental kit (paste, tooth.brush). There is limited drinking water in the room, the package is a small cup, 1 piece per person. There are no bathrobes. The room is cleaned normally. The audibility is very strong in the rooms, the neighbors can be heard. There is a construction site around the hotel, both on one side, where the street and the entrance to the hotel are, and on the side of the Bosphorus. There is also a railway under the windows, along which the train passes. Garbage cans on the street are located near the hotel and the windows overlook them from one side. A car arrives at night to pick up the garbage.
There is a terrace on the roof. This is a very huge plus!! A very beautiful view from the roof of the city, the Bosphorus, the Blue Mosque and Sofia! Stunning sunsets and sunrises!!!!! Breakfast and tea are served on the terrace at 17.00. Breakfast is usual, Turkish coffee for a fee, boiled eggs, omelette, sausages (not tasty), French fries, vegetables, salads, snacks, olives, olives, dried fruits, pastries, fresh fruits, cheeses, jams, butter, tea, juices. There is Wi-Fi, but the signal is lost, unstable. There is a water cooler at the reception if the room has run out of water. The staff is friendly. Repairs have apparently been done at the hotel for a long time. The carpets in the hall and floors are old and dirty. The rooms are cleaner. I want to wash the floor on the terrace. The water also has a smell, apparently the pipes are old. The location of the hotel is good, convenient, there are many cafes and shops nearby.
View hotel👍 Booked on Yandex in split🔥2-room room, moved into the house opposite, occupied the entire floor😂 Excellent!!! We went to the main house, where the reception is, for breakfast. What stunning views of the veranda and the Bosphorus and the 2 Mosques. Thank you!!!❤

The hotel is small, the location is not bad, we had a family room with a sea view (without a balcony), we were given a room on the second floor, the view is really good, it would be better if there wasn't some kind of hut right in front, The sound insulation is good, with the windows closed you can't hear anything, at night maybe there may be noise from the street, the breakfasts are very meager and mediocre, already on the second day I did not want to eat, there was not even a Turkish menemen, the terrace was really quite good, the side with a view of the sea from above and on the sides was glazed (the month of August), for some reason music was playing loudly at breakfast, they asked to turn it off, They said they could only turn down the volume, the tea tasted terrible, and the water in the lobby also tasted strange. The staff is friendly and ready to help with the selection of excursions. Nevertheless, we recommend choosing another hotel.
A small but excellent hotel in the heart of Istanbul. A good breakfast by European standards on the roof with magnificent views of Hagia Sophia. Well, what I liked most of all was the wonderful staff, they helped with everything, starting with excursions and ending with solving problems with taxis. It is better to take rooms with a view of the Bosphorus,
A normal hotel, it is quite possible to stay. The sound insulation is just great. Clear. From many historical places within walking distance. The view from the window was certainly not a very old, ruined house. The rest is fine. It was also possible to have free breakfast and watch the strait on the upper terrace. Beauty!
It's a cool little place , I was there 2 years ago , everything was fine

The hotel has such a well-known feature: burnt furniture with cigarettes, scuffed wallpaper, broken sockets, gnawed doors. And if you ask to call a taxi, they will tell you only for cash. Photos in the app.
Great hotel! The staff is very helpful and always happy to help. The rooms are small but nice. The breakfasts are normal, but you can have a little more variety.
Excellent location (three minutes walk from Sultan Ahmet Square). Beautiful view from the upper veranda at any time (on the strait and on the city). There is a kettle in the room, a replenished supply of tea, coffee, and water (there is little water, you need to buy it). There is a leaky cabin in the shower, you need to leave room for a stream. There is only breakfast, very modest, porridge, no juices (do not count on resort breakfasts). Friendly staff, service without complaints.
The hotel is located near the sights in the old part of the city, the rooms are good, and the main thing is the view from the veranda for eating on the roof.
