The food is excellent, everything that was ordered is delicious and of high quality. The waitress was friendly, she asked for help to prompt - she prompted and the hints helped to make the right choice. Waiting time - drinks almost immediately, food - 20 minutes later, very good. There was live music, and it was very pleasant! The price tag is also very nice. Both my wife and I liked the place, we recommend visiting it.

The first acquaintance with phoenix turned out to be not entirely unambiguous. Fresh renovation, convenient location, plenty of space, friendly staff. A large menu, many varieties of drinks. Of the cons: after being asked to give a couple of minutes to choose dishes, the waiter no longer came at all. They ran past very quickly, you don't have time to react. In 30 minutes, he didn't even think about us. We finished our beer, paid off and left safely. We'll give you a second chance, but later, when the institution is on a steady course.

It's a great place to drink beer, try tinctures, and have a snack on Belarusian cuisine. Your own tinctures from 3.5 rubles. Beer is both draught and bottled. The kitchen is delicious, I recommend frying pans and kebab. Beer snacks are great too. They work on weekdays until 23.30. Fri and Sat until 4 am. And yes, 3 floors of seats ;)

We were with my wife on March 4, 2024. It was Monday. It was the first time we were in this institution. There were few people in the cafe, about 5-6. We ordered Caesar salad in Zyuzensky (I still did not understand why it was called that, most likely a marketing ploy), pork ribs, beef kebab, crackers for beer, tinctures of our own production. We were warned that the hot stuff would cook for 30-35 minutes. The crackers were brought only 20 minutes later (for a long time for me), the crackers are delicious. The salad was fresh, it can be seen being prepared from under a knife, but it had to wait 35 minutes, which is a very long time. The hot food was brought to us for a very long time, an hour after the order and at the same time, which is not right, one eats the second looks. The ribs were served first. The ribs are quite tasty, fire-resistant and soft. The kebab arrived even later. The kebab is just terrible. The thickness of the kebab is no more than 1 cm, it looks like a sole, and it turned out to taste like that. Dry, hard and without spices. The worst Kebab I've ever eaten. If I was eating Kebab for the first time, I would never order anywhere else. The tinctures are good, but it seemed to me that they mixed freshly squeezed juice with vodka, which was not infused. My impressions are mixed.

I really don't recommend it.
Half of the dishes and drinks on the menu were not available. Even Morse!
And that's on Friday night.
The quality of the dishes leaves much to be desired. Caesar with a "special caramelized chicken" turned out to be one of the worst caesars I've ever eaten, also with a completely ordinary chicken.
The waiter's recommendation to try Belarusian cuisine, as they cook it well, led to the fact that we ordered very poorly cooked pancakes with very unleavened sausage.
The first time I didn't finish a dish in a cafe/restaurant.
The plates left such greasy marks on the table that I'm afraid to imagine what conditions this place has in the kitchen.
So two stars is even a lot.

The second time it was as if they had come to another place. Borscht is strange, it looks more like cabbage soup, despite the fact that the cabbage was unhappy. A colleague from a serving of three draniki had one and a half draniki (exactly one and a half) overcooked.

Yesterday I visited the Phoenix cafe, I was very disappointed. By making a pre - order a couple of days in advance . Upon arrival, it turned out that a banquet was taking place in the cafe and no one thought to make a pre-ordered order. A raw plate and several salads were waited for 50 minutes. The rest of the salads and snacks were brought after another 20 minutes. Hot, respectively, too... the staff apologized and gave a 10% discount. At least it was pleasant. One thing is unclear. Why have a cafe area if they are not able to feed even 50% of their visitors.

Borscht is an ordinary table soup, but sour cream should still be served separately, because the guest may not like this product or simply have an allergy. Price= quality. A place for people who don't want to spend too much, but don't expect any original presentation here either)).
I was counted out and during my departure I noticed how the waiter was carrying French fries and it is not known whether the fryer was really broken or the waiter simply forgot to punch the entire order. Perhaps in the future I will give this institution a chance, but for now for once.

1. we sewed at 22-00, the order was accepted from us at 22:15, it is indicated on the Internet that the opening hours of the institution are until 04:00, the girl, who took our order, did she say that the kitchen was open until 22:30, and the order itself would be prepared for 25 minutes, but she did not say a word that the institution was open until 23:00, we found out about it only after drinks began to be brought to us, and the order was already I was sent to the kitchen, it's unpleasant enough to realize that you will have about 10 minutes to eat.
2. there are no questions about the kitchen, all the dishes were delicious, they took sausages, pork steak, chicken thigh, bruschetta, French fries, so you can express special gratitude to the cook, also the atmosphere in the institution is very cozy and pleasant
3. a very big question about tinctures: some people took two branded sets from us, in which the tinctures were quite pleasant, since they were about 20 degrees strong, my friend and I decided to try branded tinctures, we took cherry, cranberry and currant, so it was simply impossible to drink them, it tasted like vodka with compote, at least in such cases, the waitress should be warned about the strength of the tinctures and how much this fortress differs, since it is impossible to find such information on the menu, especially when girls order, now many establishments practice making their own tinctures, these tinctures, which are not in the set, turned out to be one of the For the worst, it may be worth reviewing the recipe. It may also be worth making a list of the tinctures that are in each set separately in parentheses near the name, since when asking about the composition of the sets, the waitress is lost and even more time is spent on the order
4. the next surprise for us was the bill, when they began to pay in parts, it turned out that the amount did not match very much, and when everyone except one person paid, the waitress offered to simply subtract all the others from the total amount of the bill and debit it from his card, it turned out that the remaining amount was 89 rubles, with the bill the last person has about 30 rubles, it's good that we paid attention to this, as a result, we ourselves had to review the bill in detail once again and as a result it turned out that instead of 2 glasses of homemade wine, 2 liters were included in the bill, the bill, of course, was redone, but the sediment remained, and we were not offered to make amends in any way this moment. Perhaps already at the stage of the order it is worth offering a separate account, so that it is easier to control.
In general, the waiter girl was very friendly and pleasant, it is clear that she is trying, but maybe she lacks a little experience, especially in smoothing out negative moments in communicating with guests.
