In 2021, we rested at the Phoenix Hotel, we really liked it. And we arrived in 2024, because we liked everything very much. The staff is very nice, helpful, ready to help. Thank you very much to administrator Aurora. The rooms are very nice, clean and cozy, there is air conditioning. The hotel is located on the coastline, pebble beach. There are sun beds, umbrellas, bungalows, showers and you can change clothes. There is a cafe on the ground floor of the hotel, where they cook very tasty food and a bar. The staff is also very friendly. There is also a shop on the ground floor, which is very convenient. I recommend it for recreation.

Good afternoon, we rested in this hotel from July 2 to July 16, a wonderful hotel, delicious breakfasts, beautiful furniture in the room, very clean, tidy, super white bed linen, air conditioning, clean water is provided, the hotel manager Aurora, a lovely girl, kind, responsive, what was asked, provided everything, bed linen they changed it once a week, and the towels were changed at our request. I really liked it, the atmosphere is homely, there are all conditions for children , the sea is 10 steps away, the staff is only 5

We just arrived from Abkhazia, the rest in Phoenix left only positive emotions. The rooms are clean, polite staff, the sea is close and delicious breakfasts, which is not unimportant for those who are vacationing with children. Nearby there is a cafe "Peter" where you can eat delicious and not expensive. And in general, there are a lot of places near the Phoenix where you can have a hearty meal or snack. The beach is clean. There aren't that many people. There is a shop right in the hotel building, which is very convenient.
We would like to express our great gratitude to the administrator Aurora, if it were possible to add more stars especially for her, we would do it☺️ We will advertise this wonderful place to everyone🥰

This year I had a vacation in Abkhazia, the Phoenix Hotel.It's just Super!!! The rooms are clean and cozy. We rested for two weeks and I was pleasantly surprised by the wet cleaning of the room. The administrator Aurora and the assistant Irina, the girls are just Super. It was always possible to apply and solve all issues. And after Aurora's story about Abkhazia, I wanted to travel all over Abkhazia. And we took a lot of guided tours. The atmosphere is homely. Downstairs there was a cafe where there was breakfast, just Super, the staff was very friendly, and everything was delicious. Next year, only at Phoenix, the girls are very grateful for a good rest!!!!

In September, we had a rest in Tsandrypsh, Abkhazia, Phoenix Hotel. I really liked it. We were satisfied. Nice, well-maintained, cozy rooms. There is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, Internet. Responsive staff. I would especially like to mention the administrator Aurora!!! A very kind, responsive, attentive girl. We will come next year. We recommend this hotel.

Good afternoon! I had a vacation with my family in early August, I really liked everything. This is not the first time in Abkhazia and we are very glad that we stopped here.
The most important plus is of course the location, the first coastline, the hotel has a shared terrace with stunning views of the sea and the beach, especially in the evening it is good to watch the sunset.
Their manager Albina, a very nice girl, helped us with the choice of a hotel and a room, told us everything about the place, sent photos / videos, accompanied us right up to check-in /check-out, also helped with the transfer.
The hotel is clean, tidy, the rooms are good (there is something to compare) the friendly staff will always help, tell you, especially note Aurora, a wonderful receptionist. The breakfasts are good, we had enough.
My family and I will definitely return next year, as this hotel is perfect for us in everything.

We had a family vacation in July 2024.It took a very long time to choose where to stay, we went to Abkhazia for the first time. We booked a room in advance, at an adequate cost, even with breakfast.Excellent service, always ready to help and respond to any request from the staff, I would like to express special gratitude to the administrator Aurora. The cleaning is done efficiently. The sea is visible from the window, or you can enjoy the view from the balcony.The beach and the sea are very clean, sun beds/bungalows are available.There is also a Cafe on the ground floor of the hotel (very tasty food and drinks, thanks to the cook and the bartender), near all shops, a market, various cafes and canteens. By the way, with the help of the administrator, we organized a birthday for our spouse, everything is at the highest level.
There are various excursions, ATVs,jeeping, sightseeing tours all organized without leaving the hotel for a minimum of money. In general, under a vivid impression, we will advise our friends!🌹💯💥👌

We really liked it! The sea is 30m. ,breakfasts are included (high quality and delicious), sometimes we had lunch there, but we always had dinner at the hotel. Reasonable prices and the portions are simply gigantic and very tasty. Many thanks to the administrator Aurora and the maid.

Last year, prices corresponded to the categories of hotel rooms, for a suite with a veranda overlooking the sea, the price was 5000-6000 rubles per day, this year the price for the same room per day is 9000-10000 rubles.At the same time, there are no changes for the better, just like last year.We just opened a cafeteria on the ground floor, the prices are like in restaurants in Moscow, the price and quality of the dishes do not match. It felt like there were fewer hotel guests this year in the same period of time as last year, rooms were free by 30%, in my opinion, due to the fact that the price is too high and unjustified for the level of this hotel!The light bulb was not lit in the passage at the entrance to the room, it was not changed all the time, there were balcony crossbars in the spider web on the veranda of the luxury room and the iron crossbars were not even painted, all in natural color.If there is a price increase again, then next year there will be at least 50% fewer guests.Think about the tenants or owners of the hotel about the prices, according to what you provide to vacationing guests.The only advantages are the location of the hotel, close to the center and within walking distance of shops, a market and many cafes, and of course the first line and the beach, oddly enough, this year is very clean and everything is cleaned.

By Abkhazian standards, the price tag for a room from 6500 / day is expensive, but for this price tag we get rooms like in a hotel 2-3 times, breakfast alternates every other day porridge / scrambled eggs (omelet)
A huge plus is the direct zero line on the Black Sea. You go out from the terrace directly onto the beach pebbles. The sea water is 50 meters away. Sun beds are paid 200 rubles /piece per day, an umbrella is 300 rubles /day. A complex covered 2-seater couch is 1000 rubles /day. But you can just sit on the pebbles or on your towels for free. The beach is public, open to all visitors. The hotel has a paid laundry service for 300 rubles for all things that fit into the drum of the washing machine. Air conditioning in each room, a fan in the hallway. Towels and shower gel with shampoo are provided. Cleaning every five days. On the ground floor, at the back of the building, there is a grocery store of the "Traffic Light" type, where products are simply on pallets. The complex has a paid cafe with a hookah and a bar. There are markets nearby via the railway. There is a cafe Peter nearby, they feed well, the price tag is adequate, but there is a 10% service fee. In general, you can come to this hotel and do not have to go far, everything is nearby.

But the hotel itself and the dining room are beautiful! The menu in the dining room is not so varied, but it is very tasty! The bartender is very responsive and always ready to make delicious cocktails, a variety of different ones! 2 weeks flew by like one day. I am very glad that I found this place. Aurora is a wonderful administrator, she will always help, tell you, do it! In general, those who like loud pop music are generally beautiful: the sea is within walking distance, a cozy room, a terrace, delicious food. By the way, the water is clean in the sea, if there are no waves. Dogs are homeless- yes, there are a lot of them, but they are completely calm, we are used to them. In general, 4 stars only because of the music, everything else is on top!

We had a rest from September 12th to 20th. The rest is wonderful. Access to the sea directly from the room. 30 steps. Breakfast. Lunch and dinner on the 1st floor. You can order in the room. The market and the nearest canteen are a 5-minute walk away. Along the sea to the m. White Rocks 40 min. A wonderful walk. The room has everything.

I read a review for 5, I disagree!we arrived at 23h on a preliminary call, we searched for the administrator for half an hour with the dogs))We asked for a two-room room for two couples, we were given one double bed and two bunk beds, there was nothing to choose from!breakfast is dry buckwheat and sausage.from a good location on the beach and a shop on the back of the building
