Today, I stopped by this place for the second time on the way from Almaty to Shymkent. The place is well thought out, still under construction, but the main halls of the restaurant are already ready. The pond is small, convenient for walking. There is an opportunity to "fish", cast a fishing rod and pull out with trout.
As for the food, everything was delicious, except for one factor: the chef adds a lot of onions to the food, both green and plain. Onion lover. Probably because there's a lot of it growing around. Even check-in and check-out at different locations. Log cabins look beautiful.
The staff is not so polite anymore. The receptionist forbade us to put a hanger next to the table where we were sitting. She wasn't at our table, so I had to go there, then she sits down at her desk. First, I took a hanger and put it next to it. There is a place, nothing prevents and allows you to safely put it. But no, they took her away and returned her to that place. They didn't motivate me with anything and just stupidly rearranged it. It is very annoying when they have not thought out the hangers themselves and do not allow customers to put an empty hanger closer to the table. The hall was empty. No one interfered.
There is a free Wi-Fi, but it is terribly buggy. It is very inconvenient to connect to it. It's better with your own Internet.
The waiters are rude, they can't really tell you anything. I asked for 2 fish, one steamed, one grilled with vegetables. I asked him 3 times.
I don't recommend going here. I won't come back

The fish is cooked very tasty, the prices are generally acceptable, the service is also good, very clean and beautiful. We go there several times every year. BUT, nothing is provided for children, there is no play area, no fences along the pond with fish, no room for mother and child, so the place is far from a family park.

We really liked everything about the Trout farm - both the kitchen and the staff, a cozy, warm place where you can relax with your family or friends from the hustle and bustle of the city, a quiet, welcoming place. The fish caught there will be cleaned and cooked at your discretion, half of them were fried, half were cooked on the grill, and there is also a menu (first, second, salads, drinks, teas, etc.)The taste was unforgettable, so now we will visit more often.

It's an amazing fish, I haven't eaten it yet! The place is calm, cozy, catch yourself a fish, and they cook it for you, I recommend visiting with family or friends!
The only remark is that this is the place where the staff goes to the backyard, the kitchen is probably located there, in winter, the doors are open, and there is a very strong draft, which is not very comfortable for guests, ideally it would be if this passage was blocked by a wall that closes the passage to the restroom. And so the service is excellent!

A pleasant place to relax, we were at the pool and rested in gazebos, very good cuisine, pleasant staff.

The kitchen is at a height, this is a plus, but the fish pond itself is very dirty, with a lot of dead fish. The food that the fish give is not eaten. All the visitors could not catch fish. It is sad that the owner and staff are not paying proper attention to the pond and fish now. In addition, the fish in the pond is almost dead, motionless and small. Previously, there were types of trout of different colors. It's black and shallow now. We were very disappointed this time when we visited the trout farm.
