April 2025, the weather outside is up to -1 at night.
Not frozen (which is very important to me). It was comfortable to sleep, so we returned here again. It's cold in the bathroom, but most importantly, the room is comfortable. (We stayed in other hotels, in one it was cold, in the other it was stuffy, we had to open the door to the corridor, the windows did not open for ventilation. This is for an example).
I slept well here!
Comfortable pillows and mattress.
Large balcony + 3 Windows, view of the church, which stands one house away from us.
Opposite the Radisson Hotel.
Nearby are the thermal baths where Radisson guests go (15,000 AMD entrance fee).
High ceilings in the room.
We didn't hear or see any neighbors.
We watched YouTube on TV (we chose to travel around Armenia).
There is everything for tea. There is a refrigerator.
The room is small, but the balcony is very large.
The center, near the cafe Donut-Monchik.
I recommend the topsy-turvy museum, and next to it a creative workshop where young artists work, be sure to work with clay at the beginning of your vacation, maybe you will have time to pick up the work. 3000 drams per lesson.
At 09:00, the bells of the nearby church ring.
And there are other bells.
All rooms are on the 2nd floor!
The hotel has disposable slippers, toothbrushes, shower gel, foot towel, bath towels and white hand/face towels.
Satin Satin bed linen is white.
We had the number 1.
The beds are 2 +1, we did not lay out the sofa.
There is no foreign smell in the rooms.
There is a plastic table and chairs on the balcony. There are no neighbors.
Cars almost do not drive under the window, as in other places.
You can order coffee, there are tables on the 1st floor and a hospitable reception.
They speak Russian.
If you haven't booked a room in advance, as we have, just come here.

We stayed at the Family Guest House for 10 days and were completely satisfied with our stay. From the very beginning, we were greeted with a smile and hospitality, which immediately created a cozy atmosphere.
The room we stayed in was clean, cozy and well equipped. We were provided with all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, refrigerator and kettle, which made our stay as comfortable as possible. Bed linen and towels were changed regularly, and the room was cleaned every day.
The staff was always ready to help and gave us advice on how to spend time in this region.
The hotel also had a convenient location, close to the center (100 meters on foot 1 minute) and the main attractions. We felt at home here and will definitely come back next time we are in the area. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and pleasant memories!

We are very grateful to all the staff, they showed a warm and friendly approach, my baby got closer to the girls.
We stayed overnight, we managed to use the laundry service, and I am very impressed with the care with which my baby spread her clothes in the dryer.
