I've been going to health training with coach Daria for two months. Everything is fine! I feel full mobility in my body without pain and restrictions! Another bonus: the body tightens, the muscles are in good shape and a great mood! The coach is very attentive, monitors the correctness of the exercises, explains what, why and how we do it, for what purpose! I am very glad that I found you! I will try other types of training!

It's a great club. The price, the trainers, the location is convenient. And I recommend Zumba classes to everyone. This is a moderate cardio workout, a workout of all muscles of all joints as well as a fat burner workout. After it, all the muscles tone up and sleep great at night, so your back doesn't hurt.
