We rested at the Santocia fazenda
The hospitality is at the highest level!
Rooms with amenities (air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle,shower, toilet, dining area)summer kitchen, kind hosts Andrey and Svetlana will always tell you about the local attractions!
Andrey prepares excellent wine and chacha, you can buy a factory-made bottle, which is not a little important!
Within walking distance of the sea, shops, market , pharmacy!
It was the first time, but I think we'll come back!

We rested at the Santocia Fazenda in July 2024. We were completely delighted. I liked everything: the sea is 5-7 minutes away, as well as shops, cafes. There is a market within walking distance, 15-20 minutes to the center. Near the room on the veranda there is a table with an electric kettle, a shower and a toilet on the 1st and 2nd floors, there are rooms with air conditioning. Summer kitchen with electric and gas stoves on the 1st floor. Everything is clean and cozy, decorated by Svetlana's needlewoman. The hosts are Svetlana and Andrey, open and kind people. They will always help, advise, and welcome you. A great bonus of staying in this place was conducting excursions and trips to the sights of Abkhazia by private transport (minibus) by the owner himself at lower prices. The extraordinarily delicious host's wine and the great Abkhazian shish kebab that Andrey can cook at your request will not leave anyone indifferent. We got there by accident and not for a second. Thank you so much for organizing our vacation. We highly recommend Santocia's Fazenda.

At the end of July and having captured the beginning of August, the owners of 2024, my husband and I rested at the Santocia fazenda.The hosts Andoy and Svetlana are very hospitable people. We are absolutely delighted with the rest.We've been everywhere.Andrey and Svetlana drove gas in their minibus and showed local attractions.We have been both high in the mountains and by mountain rivers.We traveled around a large number of waterfalls. We were at Stalin's dacha on Lake Ritsa. In the Athos Monastery.We went down to the cave in Mount Athos.We went trout fishing in the morning.We visited the ghost town of Akarmara.We had dinner at the Prince of Oldenburg's restaurant.A chic restaurant.We were at the organ music festival in Pitsunda.On healing springs and mud .Separately, I would like to tell you about a trip to the Hashupse Canyon, a very beautiful place.We went to a tree near which you can only tell the truth.And which beach is next to the fazenda . Very close.Sea. You can't say it all over again.There are a lot of emotions. Thanks to the owners of the fazenda for everything......
