Very cozy and lovely houses . We rested there from 30.07 to 01.08. The hosts are very hospitable people. Everything was prompted and shown , regarding the nearest shops , the beach and so on.
The cabins have a bed and a sofa, a shower room with a toilet , Wi-Fi , air conditioning and a TV with Yandex Plus , which helped a lot , and the children could watch anything. The territory is very well maintained , there is a swimming pool , barbecue , swing. The kitchen is also located on the street , under a canopy. There are a lot of dishes , you can cook your own food .
It is a 25-minute walk to the sea , the beach is well-maintained and clean.
I recommend this hotel and would also love to return.

Excellent houses, everything you need is far from the sea, but the hospitality and responsiveness of the owner of Adgur compensate for any shortcomings that you might find. He will give you champagne, and will feed you buns, and will do everything necessary to make your vacation wonderful.

Opposite is a landfill or something, if the wind blows towards the "fazenda", then the smells are simply unbearable in the heat. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the sea in an unpleasant area with dogs, and the whole of Sukhum is so-so, it's better not to go further than Mount Athos
