I visited the sauna complex and was very pleased. A convenient location with excellent accessibility, which makes it ideal for relaxing. The company celebrated the second day of the wedding! We rented the whole complex for two days! For a company of 10 people, everything is perfect! A very cozy homely atmosphere! And also, if you rented a house without a bathhouse, be ready for sex in a bathhouse, it wasn't your place that had to be asked to be quieter. For 720 rubles, it's just a wild horror. I do not recommend it, from the word "absolutely" on 09/21/2024, the christening of the granddaughter was celebrated.When we arrived, there was dirt and dust everywhere.The woman who met us tried to clean something at least somewhere, but it had to be done before our arrival.She made excuses that she hadn't been here for a week.The latch on the bathroom door does not work (judging by the reviews, it has been more than a year).

They have built up parapets... Supposedly there is a hood, but it does not pull. There is little space in the house, there is no kitchen, no huge table, as it is written in the description, no dishes were provided, no cutlery either. The doors in the toilet do not close, the windows cannot be ventilated, there are no handles.I do not recommend this place to anyone, everything is dirty , dusty , unusable grilles in the barbecue area , the shower tray is dirty , the drain does not work , the refrigerator is dirty. A flying swarm of flies and wasps in the gazebo .
It resembles chicken coops, which are rented out by residents of certain regions in the summer, receiving huge amounts of money, but not investing it either in repairs or in improving housing. Sorry for the money spent.

06/9/12 the wedding was celebrated, the young people were happy, an excellent swimming pool was provided for the child with everything necessary for swimming, there are sun loungers, a very spacious gazebo, an excellent stereo speaker on which you can turn on music from a telophone, there is a place where you can dance. And the barbecue is in their oven, you just lick your fingers. Thank you more, you made our little holiday big and fun.
Of course, there are small drawbacks, but if we came for a walk and have fun, then they were not a hindrance for us at all ...

Dear future customers of this institution. Even one star is a pity!!!!!!I agree with every negative comment (( And I want to add : read the contract carefully, demand a receipt for payment and do not make a large prepayment!!!! In my case, the reservation was 22 days in advance, but 20 days before arrival, an unforeseen situation occurred, due to which we would not be able to use the rental (and, probably, fortunately, because with such an attitude of the hosts, it is not known that we were exposed after the visit ((( ). The prepayment was 50%!!!!! The owner Victor was immediately informed, but refused to return the prepayment, referring to the terms of the contract. He promised to return at least some of it if the house was rented on the same date. The house was obviously rented out, but I was fed breakfast, and as a result, nothing was returned. A contract is a good thing, but there are also human relationships. So avoid this place. And the money will be safe and the nerves will be in place!!!!!! Good luck to everyone))))
07/15/2023, 3.5 months later, I received a response from the organization!!!! I didn't want to engage in a lengthy dialogue, but I couldn't help myself. There were no calls to confirm the booking, no invitations to view it. And there can be no question of any losses on the part of the organization, because they refused to book 20 days in advance!!!!!!!!! And rather than write an untruthful response to a review, it's better not to answer at all!!!

The house as a whole is not bad (nice interior, large column, good furniture), among the disadvantages :
there is no kitchen (including a cooking table)
no tools , sponges for washing dishes, a broom and a dustpan (to clean up after yourself)
the gate does not close (the handle is held by a thread)
the entrance door also does not the front door is closed
on the territory of garbage (bags, bottles, a bag with food waste)

very few appliances and dishes

The contract is not concluded, there is no price list, any service similar to a sauna or a swimming pool is additionally paid (you are not warned about this in advance)
The owner does not conduct a conversation with visitors correctly and cannot even justify his position, rushes from one extreme to the other. I strongly advise you not to spoil your nerves and mood.

A cool place to relax , there was a company of 15 people. We rented the whole complex with a sauna and a house, celebrated a birthday in a gorgeous gazebo, grilled barbecue, later they prepared a Russian bathhouse for us - how we were born again!The house is renovated, everything is arranged for a relaxing holiday.The hosts are hospitable, they always try to help in everything!In general, the top 10 and 10!I recommend.

The company of 14 people had a rest. We rented a house for a day and a sauna for 3 hours. There was little space, no dishes were provided, no cutlery, not even a knife. I had to ask for a towel in the bathroom, toilet paper is generally a separate story..
Only a barbecue was provided for the barbecue, the grates were killed in the trash, there are no skewers, firewood for an additional fee. An extremely negative opinion has developed. I also had to deal with the police. Special thanks to Ivan for the adequacy. But I do not advise anyone to rest in this place.

Firstly, when we arrived, the hosts were surprised, because they forgot about our reservation (despite the fact that they took an advance payment).
Secondly, the owners themselves rested in a nearby gazebo on the same site. This was agreed in advance and we were assured that no one would interfere with anyone, but in fact everything turned out to be different - intersecting music, occasional guests of the hosts coming to us, as well as the extremely boorish behavior of the drunken host in the end.
In general, the place itself is not bad if you relax without the neighborhood of another company and only during the daytime.
