I don't recommend it!
I booked a house in a few months (summer 2024), discussed all the conditions, and made an advance payment. 3 days before departure, my husband breaks his leg, shock, cast, decided not to cancel the reservation. It's a long and difficult road, and we have a child with us. At 14.00 on the day of arrival, the hostess of Milan asks when we will arrive. We arrive around 16.00 and find out that the house is occupied! An overlay (in her words)!In return, we are offered a room on the ground floor without a window, where sunlight does not enter at all. We're in shock. We decided to go outside and discuss it with my husband. They didn't even let us back in, I announced the rejection of the proposed option on the phone, at least I returned the prepayment. To be honest, I don't regret that we didn't stay. There is noise and uproar inside the courtyard. I 've never seen a more boorish attitude .

The place is noisy, next to the road.The road is very active!!!!!there are no sidewalks nearby and it is not very convenient to go to the sea with children.
In some houses there is a smell of sewage, and in general there is a very strong smell behind the houses, a lot of ants if you leave food, they will immediately crawl everywhere.
The audibility is very strong both between the houses and in the annex nearby.

A good place is the houses on the 3rd-their sea is 50 meters across the road without fuss and noise, after 100 meters the central embankment begins. I recommend it for a quiet family holiday, the houses are new, the hosts are hospitable
A very pleasant place. Good location. And most importantly, this is the receiving party. They are very hospitable and attentive to the guests. I've been visiting them for four years now. And I really miss them until the next time I come. I definitely recommend it
