Among the advantages: a beautiful and cozy place.
Wonderful houses with lots of beds. A gorgeous bathhouse and a font. You can relax your body and soul. The sauna offers various herbs and bath brooms for a fee. There are towels for everyone personally (free of charge of course). All cutlery is available from A to Z.
Now from the cons (yes, unfortunately they also exist and are very significant): in glasses, in beds on the second floor there are multiple mouse feces, which was extremely unpleasant, it turns out that bed linen is rarely changed, the white plaid was also dirty. It was very unpleasant, as the guests came from different parts of Belarus and it was a disgusting surprise for them. Further, initially one price was announced, and upon arrival the price was more expensive for houses, which also left a not pleasant aftertaste.
It is forbidden to listen to music on the street, only in the house. During your vacation, both the owners and the second persons walk on the territory, which is also not very comfortable. In the morning, some work was carried out, which woke up the guests. Therefore, the score is 3.
It seemed like I liked everything, but the unpleasant precipitation remained. I hope the owners will correct these disadvantages, because the estate has good prospects.

A great place to relax with the whole family. Quietly, calmly. There are two houses on the territory, a gazebo for banquets and a sauna. There is a lake nearby, with a good entrance to the water. The house is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for cooking. A gorgeous sauna and a furako, from which I did not want to leave. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay. And we wish you further development.

This is the second time we have come to the Fazenda farmstead!The first time was in the summer with friends.Everything is just wonderful! A chic farmhouse with modern "bells and whistles" and an ancient twist, a magnificent bathhouse and a furako font!
I highly recommend it to everyone and I plan to come more than once!

We had a family vacation several times. I liked everything very much. The bath complex is something. We swam in the hot font for the first time - we really liked it. We ordered food, everything is very tasty and inexpensive) my husband liked fishing on the lake near the estate. My daughter appreciated the hot font, the trampoline and all the swing chairs in the manor 😄

I rested in many places in the estates. I stopped at this place because of the atmosphere and pleasant hosts.
Neat and cozy. They came with their family, children aged 8 and 12, and twice with a group of women. Clean and cozy. Beautiful bathhouse, font. If you want a quiet, quiet vacation, in a circle of good people without expectations of the supernatural, then here. The owners are golden people.

There is dust on the ground floor, the floor is sticky, there are a lot of papers from under the sweets, the bed smells of old rags, in general, the house is not cleaned, there are a lot of dirty things, all the beds have very hard mattresses.The sauna is super!

It's not the first time we've been on vacation with friends. Awesome Clean, neat. I recommend the sauna. You come in immediately with a pleasant smell of pine needles. Different buns are added. For the last time, a sunbed was added in the recreation room. Super after the steam room.

We rested in the farmstead "Fazenda" on 23-25.06.2023, with a company of 5 adults and 5 children. And everything would have been fine, But the rest was overshadowed!!! Firstly, it turned out that the pool does not work, from the word at all (the pool broke down as it turned out for three weeks already)!!! TO SAY THAT THE CHILDREN WERE UPSET IS NOT TO SAY ANYTHING (((! The adults were also upset, because they were very counting on the pool! The description includes a SWIMMING POOL, TRAMPOLINE and massage chair, and as a result: There is no pool, there is no way to swim (! For that, you can walk on it ((( )! as it turned out, there is a trampoline, but it is in the neighboring territory... and the children went there for the first two days. But the kids were older, and the kid, who loves the trampoline so much, refused to cut it off, because, even though he was in dad's arms, he saw a dog (even though she was friendly), but she was big, and the kid was scared of her!!!! And it was no longer possible to put him in the trampoline with his hands, he did not get off his hands until we were on our territory! We were very upset by the fact that the Pool is not working properly, the trampoline is not in our direct field of view, and there is no information about all this on the websites. And to our claim, the mistress of the manor, said: "Do you know what my queue is, and in general, I should have asked about everything, (like don't be indignant) ((((!!!"
To which we replied that we should not ask anything, since she works in the service sector, and she should provide us with full information, what and how! And if not, then the information about the estate should be edited on the site in full and, if the most important part of the estate (the Pool) is not in order, then information about this should be provided on the website of the farmstead! And since there is no pool, the TRAMPOLINE is not clear where it is, the swing for children is out of sight!!!! In fact, We, and in particular THE CHILDREN, ARE VERY UPSET!!!(((((((((!

Good time of day. I really want to leave a review, because I haven't had such a vacation yet.
We rested at the Fazenda estate from June 23 to June 25, 2023. We arrived, and immediately the first disappointment, the pool is broken. We approach the hostess, we say, they say so and so, you need to warn about such information in advance, to which we receive an answer: "And you didn't ask!" We stand in shock, in the sense that we didn't ask, your website indicates that there is a pool, but in fact, there is none! Next, we ask if there is at least some kind of lake in the vicinity?! There is a lake, 500 meters from the house! A lake with dark water, horses walk on the shore, they also go into the water, and if this does not bother you, you can even join them and swim together. However, the bottom of the lake is sandy, and this is a big plus!
All right, let's go back to our manor!
We decided to cook a meal, there are no pots, no basins, there is nowhere to cut the salad, the frying pan is the same and not in the best quality. They wanted to drink coffee, the cups are burst, there are no teaspoons. We arrive in shock, but we move on. We went to put things away, there are simply no chests of drawers, no cupboards, or, at the very least, chairs to put something down. We left our things in our bags and went to look for the promised trampoline. It is, however, in another territory, the entrance to which is locked, plus there are dogs!!! Thank God the children were allowed to jump there.
In the late afternoon, they discovered that there were no masking nets on any of the windows. Of the disappointments, the presence of only one isolated bedroom is further, because there are three beds in it at once! One large and two single beds. The second double bed is located in the entrance room, the third large bed is located in the hall combined with the kitchen. This is the end of the sleeping places) It's good that we carry an air mattress with us!
Now about the advantages. Large territory, good sauna)

There are no glasses, the rest of the dishes are enough, but again, a lot of things need to be washed.
