We booked through Booking, and paid with a card in the app. When I arrived at this so-called hotel, I was told that there was no payment and they charged me cash. As a result, I paid a double payment, the money was not returned. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Most importantly, the location is very convenient, the city center and the metro are just around the corner. But there is a room in the basement of the hotel, it is cheaper, everything is clean there too, but I do not advise you to have windows, it is better to take the upper floor for 500 rubles more expensive

A small smoky room with a view from the window of a closed terrible courtyard, in which repairs were carried out and something was hammered all the time. I stayed for 1 night, after which things were checked even in a closed backpack with a smoke. The walls are thin, you can hear every sound from the neighboring rooms. In the evening, you can hear street drinking and loud music (right under the hotel there is a street with bars where everyone is sitting outside). It subsides after midnight. There is no air conditioning, there is a dirty old fan on the floor. The furniture is very old, worn, linen with stains. I took the room without a bathroom, it is next to the room and is decent, renovated and clean. For an emergency overnight stay for 1 night will do, but no more.

We were in Istanbul for the second time. The hotel is in a good location, everything is nearby and without crowds of tourists. The room is clean, as in the photo. Room cleaning is offered every day. The rooms have batteries if you decide to go in winter. The hotel manager is Jean, a very hospitable and positive person. There is a Russian-speaking staff.

It looks very decent in the photo, but in fact it is not. The first is the smell, the stale smell of a smoky room and the strong smell of sewage from the toilet and shower. All the furniture is in terrible condition. There is blackness on the walls in the shower, not that it is unpleasant to go in there to wash. And most importantly, do not pay money in advance, first look at the numbers. The money will not be returned to you, as it was not returned to us, although they promised if we wanted to move out in advance. I do not recommend this hotel.
