We booked through Booking, and paid with a card in the app. When I arrived at this so-called hotel, I was told that there was no payment and they charged me cash. As a result, I paid a double payment, the money was not returned. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

A good hotel, but it was very cold in the bathroom, the bed linen was old, the location was comfortable, the room was not cleaned, the staff were polite

I advise you, I've been there a couple of times! Everything is clean, the bed linen is clean. Most importantly, the location is very convenient, the city center and the metro are just around the corner. But there is a room in the basement of the hotel, it is cheaper, everything is clean there too, but I do not advise you to have windows, it is better to take the upper floor for 500 rubles more expensive
