Apparently the people didn't eat real pilaf.. real Uzbeks do not cook such pilaf .. I fell for a trick in the reviews about real pilaf and went for a trial.. I was very surprised at how it was served.. for some reason, dry meat is applied separately from the main dry rice, carrots are grated on a grater.. I didn't feel the taste of pilaf .. I cook better at home in a slow cooker)).. 2* because the rice was crumbly .. and lagman should not be like there, it looks more like goulash with pasta.. in laghman, homemade noodles are used, self-made, etc ... in general, 700 rubles. for two non-real dishes and tea is not for Abkhazians.. I didn't go there anymore!!!

Fabulously delicious chebureks and pilaf! Thank you, dear Said, it has been a long time since I have eaten dishes of such a high level of national cuisine... We were at the end of September, it's a pity that such a wonderful kitchen will be closed from October, I think until spring... Thank you again, dear Said! You are a true master of your craft! 🤗🤯🌞🥑
