I don't know what people want for such a cheap price... they write about a bathrobe and slippers... people, be realistic! A hotel in the city center, with a chic national interior! Yes, towels and linen are not changed. But no one promised! If you want super service, check into an expensive hotel! The host is good-natured and hospitable. I am always ready to solve all problems. Breakfast is prepared with love, everything is homemade! This is a family hotel where the whole family of the owner works. And we felt like family members too. We were constantly told where to go, where to eat, etc. For me, there was only one disadvantage here - very hard beds. I have a bad back, it was very uncomfortable sleeping. But I didn't lower the rating, because this is my subjective opinion, maybe someone will find a hard mattress comfortable. The hotel itself is normal, with a good location. Clean and with normal-sized rooms. But some rooms don't have windows to the street. The breakfasts are specific, according to the local flavor. The children have nothing to eat there. But mostly the score is lowered for another reason. Subject to booking 2 months in advance and arriving at night, the owners reported that there were no rooms in the hotel, people did not leave, and settled in a neighboring hotel for 2 nights out of three, where there were tiny rooms and there was no hot water. Then the water appeared, it turned out that someone had turned off the valve, and apparently it was us. At the same time, they refused to give a discount and counted the cost of the initial booking. As an argument, they used that they called and asked in advance if it was possible to temporarily settle in another one. We didn't agree, but no one cared. If you don't want unpleasant emotions, look for another alternative. There are plenty around, at the same price.
