The necessary ones were not available, and the pharmacist began to offer drops that were completely different in functionality, namely aquamarine, which replaces the phys solution for me. She began to argue with me and give unsolicited advice on what could be given to a child and what not. And before today's incident, there were attempts, so to speak, to "squeeze in" what was not necessary. In general, I have already encountered boorish behavior in this pharmacy several times.
