I would like to point out one thing - in Europe, a significant amount is blocked on the card for car rental. In Thailand, the deposit for the car is symbolic. But! The company needs time to check if I've really damaged the car. It took an hour, when a specialist came and took the car, sent photos and videos to the management for verification. Therefore, the deposit was returned with a pause of an hour or two. This is reasonable from the company's perspective.

I want to write a review about Farang Rental, I borrowed a Honda Forza 300 from them. The price was lower than in other rentals, plus the Russian-speaking guys. The scooter was in excellent condition, fresh rubber. I took a video during the reception, but when shooting I missed 1 section, where a slight scuff was later found. There was nowhere to go, he recognized her, did not have time to leave them, they called, they said they picked up a photo from the previous tenant, and found this scuff there, they did not take anything, they returned the deposit in full. For me, this is a significant moment, I have already recognized the wear, they acted honestly. Even if it's cheaper somewhere, next time it's just for them. Thanks guys!
