We rested at the hotel from 11.11.24 to 18.11.24
I liked the rest in general. Polite, friendly staff.
Clean bed linen and towels. Everything is always delicious for food. Chicken, beef, liver .delicious fish, seafood several times. Very tasty deep-fried pies, fried right in front of us. For lunch and dinner, we made pasta individually with filling to your taste.
Baking for them is a dump of the head.
They made shish kebab from chicken and sausage.
Not bad desserts.
Fruits are always in abundance- dania, dates, pomegranates, apples, oranges.
The vegetables are fresh, steamed. Baked . Side dishes are rice and baked potatoes often. There were French fries a couple of times.
We were immediately given a good room without any additional charges. And also to everyone who came with us.
The minus in the room is the noisy air conditioner.
It is better to take only beer at the bar. It is better to bring strong alcohol with you if necessary. The juices are soluble. There are always lemonades. This applies to all three bars. (Lobby, grotto and beach) .
Good coffee.
The sea is incomparable. The beach is great. There is a coral reef nearby. There are a lot of beautiful fish. But we had only two days of relative calm during the week, the rest of the days there was strong wind and waves. But by evening they calmed down a little and it was possible to jump on the waves.
I would like to note that the Nabq area is always very windy, according to the guide.
There's nothing to do with children here. The sea is deep, the children's pool was under repair. The adult is very cold. There is no animation for children at all. Adult at 10 p.m. And it 's getting dark there 5 . It is forbidden to swim even in the pool. That is, from 5 to 10 you need to look for entertainment yourself.
It is better not to ride down the slides, my husband has skinned his elbow and back.
If you walk 500 meters to the road, there is a ring where the minibus stops. For a dollar per person, you can drive anywhere you want.
The old town is 40 minutes away.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest!

A great hotel for your money. Varied food, caring staff. Large sandy beach, deep sea. Large territory with several pools, one with high slides, one heated pool, 2 pools with Jacuzzi. The only drawback is the numerous stairs, both in the rooms and on the street, as the hotel is located on a mountain.

If you are looking for a great all—inclusive vacation without hitting your wallet, then this hotel is a real find! Of course, we are talking about a budget hotel, and you need to make a discount on this. But even with this in mind, the price-quality ratio is simply excellent here! For just $ 35-50 (we look at the real price of the hotel on aggregators, everything else is tickets and earnings of the Tour Operator) for two on an all-inclusive system per day, you get not only comfortable accommodation in an atmospheric hotel on the first line, but also a lot of pleasant bonuses.
By the way, the hotel is run by an Italian, which probably affects the overall atmosphere and quality of service. I would also like to note that the New Year and Christmas holidays were organized just fine!
In addition to the traditional dinner and show, there were small gifts for Catholic Christmas, New Year and Orthodox Christmas, lotteries with prizes (pleasant little things or even a week of accommodation as the main prize).
Let's start with the main thing — food.
A decent gastronomic variety awaits you here. Meat and fish dishes, fresh vegetables and fruits, sweets and pastries — everyone will find something to their liking. The seafood was only for the holidays, but it's a gift for such a price. And for coffee lovers, hooray, there is a coffee machine with various types of coffee (apparently also a consequence of Italian trends) .
But with drinks — complete relaxation! Bars are scattered throughout the hotel, and bartenders generously pour guests whatever their hearts desire, even into personal giant mugs. 😉
1.5 liters of water per person is brought to the room every day.
Wine is not included in the Russian version, it was only for holidays, the Italians have it in the All+ system. they have it, and they also have wi-fi enabled (I found out on purpose, so I'm sharing it so that it doesn't raise any questions).
A nice bonus is the opportunity to practice your language skills, because the guests are approximately 50/50 Russians and Italians. We were on holiday for Christmas, and the festive atmosphere added charm to our stay.
Special respect to the F&B manager, Mr. Adel, who does not disdain to personally stand at the stove and cook fried eggs for the guests, or stand at the bar. Such care and attention to guests is a rarity for hotels of this price category.
And all the staff is extremely friendly and trying, for example, an employee who even remembered what color beach towels we prefer (there are several colors) when handing out towels.
And of course, it is impossible not to mention the beach! The hotel is located on the first line, and you can reach the shore on foot in 5-10 minutes of a leisurely walk. But if you don't want to walk, there is a free shuttle service that runs between the hotel and the beach much more often than stated in the schedule.
The approach, of course, is quite steep for adults, but for me it's a plus that you don't have to go too far into the depths. There is a reef about 300 meters to the left, which is very lively.
The architecture of the hotel is a separate work of art! Low-rise buildings styled like Moroccan ones, fountains and even an artificial river create a unique atmosphere. The bar in the grotto is beautiful both during the day and in the dark. The room is cozy and comfortable, with elements of oriental flavor. The main restaurant, which serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners, is rather simple, and for holidays with vaults it is very atmospheric.
A nuance of architecture- people with musculoskeletal problems should keep in mind- there are a lot of steps everywhere and there is no elevator.
Everything worked in the room, no extra charge was asked, they immediately settled next to us (we had two rooms booked) and in normal rooms. The cleaning didn't cause any complaints either.
There is a small swimming pool and a heated Jacuzzi for the winter period, the main pool is not heated, but there is a mini Aqua park with various slides, open on schedule.
And a few more words about animation. The guys work on pure enthusiasm, for a commission, but at the same time they give their best). Yes, sometimes they can oversleep after a wild night of disco, but this only adds to their charm and makes their work even more valuable. 😉
But don't expect full-fledged evening shows.
Overall impression: I'm definitely ready to return to this hotel.
PS There are wonderful dogs Lisa and Simba on the beach, they are very grateful when they are fed). And also crows, who ask for treats in a very funny way.
P.P. S. Nobody offered to write reviews for WiFi, and it's easier to buy a SIM card at the airport).
