It's an amazing place, I'm in India for the fourth time, this hotel is above the stated parameters, the cuisine is the best in the area, the food is very tasty and the prices are much lower than on the shore, the staff is just super, very pleasant and responsive, they will solve any questions, literally everything!)) in general, for this money, no complaints

Shops, fruit stalls are all within walking distance.
The staff is very friendly. They cook delicious food.

We had a great 10 days at this hotel, there is a yoga room on the roof, the rooms are very simple but quite comfortable.
