7. Around the village there is a housing estate of the same name with developed infrastructure (shops, pharmacies, etc.)
8. Nearby are the main directions for movement to the city and a bypass, a 25-minute drive to the airport.
Of the cons:
1. Very high communal due to the electricity that goes to heating and water heating. In winter in 2023, an average of 145 thousand tenge per townhouse (165 sq m) was released, spring-autumn on average 85-95 thousand, in the summer months 60 thousand tenge.

A great place if you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and the hum of cars. A large number of playgrounds will not let children get bored. I've been living for 6 years now and I don't regret anything. The city is 5 minutes away by car. The children go out and walk around the town themselves, all the neighbors are friendly and responsive. The air is not contaminated. Peace and quiet.
