We were in Abkhazia for the first time. We decided to take a hotel with all the amenities NOT in the center, because we love peace and quiet. The prices are above average, but I say it's reasonable. The photos are completely consistent with reality. I liked the kind and responsible attitude of the hostess Lana to the guests. Everything smells nice, clean, fresh. The breakfasts are good, there are many things to choose from: tea, coffee, juice, compote, cottage cheese, pancakes, sausages, cheese... You can't list it. Towels were changed every 2 days, they are washed with bleach (I approve of this), daily wet cleaning, bed linen is changed every 4 days. This is the highest level of attentiveness to your guests! Nearby there are shops, a canteen (where we ate the whole vacation), a KB, a bus stop. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. We had a great rest at your Family inn, thank you for your attention! If we visit Abkhazia again, we will definitely come to you!
Of the cons:
- a small shared balcony.

We rented a room with the family for 10 days. July 2023. The best place we've been around. Quiet, calm, friendly and sincerely kind! From the sea within walking distance, there are two beaches to choose from. And in general, I would like to correct my opinion about Abkhazia, purely from personal experience. Abkhazia is super beautiful and the people here are very friendly, kind and good people!!! Don't listen to negative and show-off nerds - come and relax! You are initially welcome here!

Excellent hotel, very hospitable hosts, excellent breakfasts. The daily cleaning in the room was amazing (you come back from the beach, the room is like upon arrival, the pillows are laid, the blankets are made evenly, the towels are hanging in their places) The only disadvantage that did not inconvenience us is the distance to a good beach (for example, jellyfish) is about 1.5 km, but you can walk and breathe fresh, clean air. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days!
A quiet place, near the coast, the beach can be chosen for every taste) we went to Tea)the rooms have snow-white bed linen, towels, a very comfortable bed, air conditioning, cleaning every day! If you're a little late for breakfast, they'll feed you anyway!)Everyone was very hospitable, polite, felt at home!
I've been ill for the last few days, they brought breakfast to my room, it was very nice!!
Many thanks to Lana for organizing the excursions! We really liked everything! We will definitely come to you again!

A great place to relax. There are 8 rooms in total. Cleanliness, snow-white linen. Clean towels, everything is changed and cleaned in a timely manner. Breakfast is made from local products, very responsive hosts, respond to any request. This is the best place to relax, near the sea, shops and the promenade. I recommend.

I was at the hotel in July, super!!! I advise you to take it with breakfast, bed linen and towels are changed after 2 days, Aitar beach is 15 minutes away at a slow pace, be sure to visit the Aitar restaurant (it is located on the beach, by the way, cleaner than the central one (for a moment they do not drain the dishonesty there) and this is a huge bonus.

It is located in the courtyard of apartment buildings. Lots of cars, no greenery. To a more or less normal beach, only by car. The cost of accommodation is overstated.

We have been vacationing here for 2 weeks, parents + 2 children. Clean rooms, excellent water quality (hair and skin improved qualitatively after 2 days), good staff. There is water and tea in the room.
Bed linen and towels are washed to a squeak, snow-white, odorless.
The breakfasts are excellent. From local products (Astrakhan or Turkish fruits can be sold to you at the market, here you have the opportunity to try Abkhazian pears, peaches, etc.) They can bring or cook something at your request.
Nearby, in this area, there are wonderful sandy, not pebble beaches. The sea is cleaner than in the center.
There is a winery 200 m away.
In general, I strongly recommend this place
