We were a family with another child, she was 4 years old. Throughout the evening, no matter how noisy our children and not only our children were, there was not a single glance from the staff that something was wrong.. It is very pleasant and valuable♥️♥️♥

We visited many playgrounds and many cafes and restaurants, but we didn't like it anywhere so much.

We came to Minsk from Moscow, and this institution was recommended to us. The impression remained twofold.
1. The location is great, in the center of the park, it's beautiful and very beautiful.
2. The food is delicious! I really liked all the dishes!
3. The children's room is a huge plus for guests with children.
But, there was one huge disadvantage, which is why 2 stars were removed. This is the STAFF.
The management clearly needs to improve this point, and then the institution will receive only the highest marks.
We had a big party, and at first everything was fine, but then when the rest of the guests started to catch up, the crowd increased and it was just TRASH!
The waiter couldn't handle the service at all! I confused the orders, brought other drinks (which I also added to the bill, and had to swear to get them removed), the children were not given dishes and drinks (they were also punched in the receipt), but they stupidly could not stand them, and instead of having a nice rest, we spent the WHOLE an evening to sort things out and prove to the waiter that the dishes were not brought to us. The waiters don't get in touch at all, they don't want to listen, they don't want to figure it out either, they interrupt constantly, raise their voices, they're rude, they stand their ground when they're absolutely wrong. The waiter threw tantrums - oh, it was just awful, it was a shame. I've never seen anything like this before. Shift 03/21/2025 (evening)

Also, expand the bar card. Beer and wine, that's too little. Families come, women want to drink cocktails.
Greetings from Saint Petersburg. I'll start with the pros. A cozy place. The interior was good, and even the toilet was relatively clean, although like everywhere else there were no paper napkins, and the dryer was turned on manually, I can't remember where I saw it last. We don't have any children, but it seemed to us that there is everything for their entertainment, and even screens with a video broadcast of the children's room. This is not something you'll find everywhere, even in St. Petersburg. Kitchen, special thanks. Everything was very tasty. The serving, the temperature of the dishes, I was especially pleased that there was a minimum of salt. This shows the professionalism of the Boss and his team. You've done well.
And now to the cons.
The one who trained the waiters and the manager (Amin, if I'm not mistaken) should be sent to study himself, or better yet, fired.
They didn't meet me, they didn't give me a menu, they didn't introduce themselves, they walked by and did everything except what they had to.
There are 7 steps that any waiter should know the basics of. The open hand rule. Everything is passing by. As if no one had ever told them about it.
The manager, it's not clear why he was in the hall at all. 3 poor waiters for 15-20 tables. The whole hall is sitting, the children and the banquet. And she stands behind the counter and just turns her head. Come out and help, meet the guests, clean the table in the end. Teamwork, no I haven't heard. And when she finally deigned to go out into the hall, it became clear that it would have been better if she had not done so. The whole uniform was dirty, her nose was pointing at the ceiling, she went to the table, which was not cleaned, took one plate and left. But her second "fashion show" shocked us. As she walked through the room, she decided that it would be appropriate to pick at her ear, and then pick up the menu with the same hand and serve it to the guests. Only for one RESTART - 2 stars. Overall: The kitchen is top. The interior is excellent. The purity is at 4, but I think if it hadn't been on March 8th, everything would have been fine. Service is a fat NUMBER.
