We celebrated our birthday with our family in the cafe "Surname" and were sooo satisfied!
Firstly... Delicious! The dishes are cooked with high quality, only in moderation. The portions are enough to enjoy the taste. The drinks are interesting and varied for every taste.
Secondly... friendly and attentive staff! Upon prior reservation, the table was decorated for our arrival. Also, all our wishes were taken into account during the evening.
Thirdly... pleasant atmosphere of the hall and good music. It is not loud and unobtrusive, it disposes to a quiet rest.
We liked everything!
Thank you cafe "Surname" for a wonderful evening)

Of the advantages:The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is delicious.
On the downside: we came with a friend at about 3 p.m., everything was booked for 8 p.m., only 1 table was empty in the center, and there were no other people in the room. So they were only allowed to sit in the center, it was as uncomfortable as possible for two people to sit in the center. But then more people came and they were still put closer to the window. We wanted to too. The reservation was only for 8 p.m., we would have had time to prepare the tables 100 more times.

We were celebrating a birthday . The food was delicious. I liked the interior too . these are all advantages. terrible service , at some point they just took the plate away and didn 't bring a clean one , alcohol was brought one bottle at a time and had to be passed around the table to replenish the tankers , there was slicing somewhere , and vegetables at the other end , etc . In the end, the receptionist killed him, who rudely (in a terrible tone) canceled the 15% discount on the DR, as the birthday girl treated the guests with sweet flowers (like perogenes in a bouquet) which was given to her . It came out piece by piece just as a sign of attention . even though dessert was ordered from the cafe . The sediment was not pleasant .
I would not recommend this cafe to anyone. You can have a delicious meal at home .
And the cafe should have a festive atmosphere , which was spoiled by the staff .

Good afternoon, everyone! Didn't like the service at all! My birthday was celebrated yesterday. When decorating, it was highly recommended to organize a table indoors, as it is even hotter outside. There was nothing to breathe and my guests ran outside every 10 minutes. No one has even installed a winteler. It was not the hottest day and therefore the administrator knew exactly where it would be comfortable, but apparently decided not to help us) they oblige us to buy alcohol at the bar, you can't even juice, but at the same time all expensive bottles of strong are poured into decanters. What for? They've never done this in a cafe if you buy a full bottle. There is no doubt that the alcohol that we paid for was poured there. Glasses-glasses do not bring glasses immediately. The madhouse begins. Guests come and you need to order a glass for them. And for this you need to find a waiter. Empty dishes from the salad and other things are not removed from the table and there is a feeling by the end of the evening that there are only empty bowls around. They asked for water to drink - they waited 30 minutes, they asked for bread - they waited 20 minutes. They promised that there would always be drinking water on the table - no one brought it and there was 1 carafe. Coffee without saucers.... The kitchen itself was delicious, but that's the only plus. I was ashamed in front of my guests for where I invited(

The kitchen is always on top. I especially recommend trying the ribs in caramel sauce and homemade tinctures from the main menu🔥
