For a number of reasons, I needed this particular hotel. Anex Tour has organized a great vacation, thank you. The transfer is fast and clear. The staff at the hotel is attentive and try to help. There is a lot of food in restaurants in the afternoon and evening, everything is fresh, but. You left the hotel at 4:55 a.m. We were refused a lunch box, they said that there is a 24-hour restaurant, eat. We arrived at 4 o'clock, and everything was cleaned up. A few pieces of stale bread, stewed peas and gavareno, apples and yoghurts poured into large containers that had been standing all day before. Coffee and tea. Eat, enjoy your meal. All the variety has gone somewhere. In general, they left hungry, nibbled on a cracker and drank a cup of coffee. By the way, the coffee here is disgusting. Where did the delicious Turkish coffee go, even for money? This is my first Turkish hotel with terrible coffee.
If you take a two-room suite, make no mistake! This is a storage room without a window, directly into which the front door opens, without a corridor, and a small room with beds and a balcony. The balcony is not small in size, but we had an ant farm there. They built two houses, were non-aggressive and did not crawl into the room, but there were a lot of them. It took me to contact the reception twice to have them eliminated. We were given shampoos, gels, toothbrushes in the room only after repeated request. Toilet paper was also put in every other time. But tips for cleaning were taken daily. The bathroom mirror has not been wiped once. But on the third day, the hotel slippers were stolen, they were given again only after contacting the reception. It turned out, according to the reception staff, this is the concept of the hotel: you need something - ask. In general, not the guests who paid a considerable sum for the rest, but the beggars.
To enter the sea, I recommend taking swimming slippers. Pebbles at the entrance. For some it's nothing, but for others it hurts.
About the heated pool. It is open, heats up more or less after lunch, around 2 o'clock. One can only dream of warm water. For me, the water was cold, people were swimming.
I definitely think that the hotel is not worth that kind of money. I can't recommend it.

An interesting hotel!
Of the food, I liked the grilled fish the most in the cafe on the way to the beach👍
There is plenty to choose from in the main dining room. There are also dietary dishes. We were there for a week, so the menu didn't have time to get bored.
I can't adequately assess alcohol-I'm not a specialist. I didn't like the champagne and the red wine. You can drink a couple of mugs of beer. White seems to be normal. My husband found a Red Label whiskey and only drank it. Norm said.
All the vacationers were drinking cocktails. Connoisseurs of these drinks - their variety is great.
Service for 5. Everyone is very polite and smiling.
We had a room with a balcony overlooking the city. The view is very beautiful. They clean every day, supplement the bathroom products, change the towel every day, bed linen every 2 days.
The bar is also replenished daily (water, gas.water, cola, fanta), which, of course, my son liked.
The territory is very beautiful and clean!
The beach is sand, there is a narrow strip of small pebbles near the shore.
It is always possible to find sunbeds during this period of time. We have never run to borrow since early morning. Everything was always busy around the pools. But we love the sea more!
There is entertainment too. Everything that is stated in the description is present!
There were no bathrobes in the room, but if you ask at the reception, they will bring it.
In general, if you go with a positive mood and do not look for flaws, then you can have a great rest.
In this hotel, the staff tries very hard to enjoy your stay.

This is a great hotel. Everything is debugged and works like a Swiss watch. The hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis - meals, drinks and alcohol. The choice is a children's table, a diet table, a grill, theme nights. Alcohol and fruits are local. I especially liked the sea bass grill - it's for those who love fish. There are many themed cafes on the territory - during the vacation we did not have time to visit everything. For 10 euros, there are 2 or 3 restaurants - we also did not have time to visit. The territory is large and well maintained - half is occupied by pools and slides. Its beach is dense sand, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles. The rooms are newly renovated- cleanliness, towels and bed linen are changed every day, shampoo, etc. without breakdown. Of the minuses, the hotel is very large, most of the vacationers are drinking and screaming Germans.

A large hotel, close to the airport, which pleases! Interesting design, a beautiful cascade of pools, a gorgeous beach with a large awning, a huge variety of bars and cafes, excellent animation, pleasant Turkish staff, which is not Turkish leaves much to be desired. The Internet is super, room cleaning is on "4", they don't clean without a dollar)
Of the minuses: the food in the main restaurant is straight to the top three, even dishes on fire do not save. Well, a subjective opinion, I agree. Problems with elevators. An uncomfortable staircase, respectively, the whole big hotel, after the beach, in swimming trunks with mattresses and circles in line for elevators.

I put 4 stars, because the tour operator sells this hotel as a 5 check-in, but in fact it is 4 stars. Upon check-in, we were offered a room with a balcony for a fee ($5 per day). The standard rooms are very small. There is no separate shampoo and shower gel, caps, body milk in the bathroom. The reception and the grounds are not very clean, the blinds are dusty and there is debris and dust on the floor. But the cuisine is very good, they serve red fish, dorado, there is beef / lamb/ lamb every day, not every five-star hotel has such a selection of meat and fish. If you exit through the exit from building G, you can see local tour sellers on the right, I do not advise buying from them, they sell very expensive and cheat. They do not know the program of the tour, they do not tell us in detail, on the way it turned out that the tickets for the passage still need to be paid additionally, we were not warned about this. We wanted to refund the money for the second tour or change the tour itself, we were refused or offered to change to a cheap one, without returning the difference in price.

And it looks like a meat dish, strange food..., fish, other dishes of course there are, but...It just doesn't taste good!(I understand that it is subjective, try it yourself),

Cocktails are free a couple of times in the evening, it is impossible to drink, they put almost half a lemon in the mahito for some reason..

At first they gave a room without a balcony (there is no dryer in the room)
The next day they changed, but all the taps, shower stoics, toilet bowl, etc. are in a loose state, although it is clear that the equipment is new.

In the halls, wherever you sit down, everything is stained with drinks (the staff does not particularly seek to clean up) in the main "restaurant" the same thing, there is nothing to say about beach eateries.
In general, the hotel left not very pleasant memories.
But the weather and the sea overshadowed all the negativity.

We are resting in this hotel now (29.04-05/13.24).The hotel is located on the 1st line , a large and well-maintained territory , a large number of swimming pools , including heated ones. There are many cozy places to relax . Nice hotel! Responsive staff. We were with the child from 04/15.24 to 05/15.24. The only thing I can find fault with is breakfast (but I think in 30 days in any hotel I would have written so))) and the Wi-Fi was bad in the room, but that was also fixed later. We changed the room with a sea view without additional charges, cleaned every day, and changed the linen too.

I've been visiting this hotel since I was 12. Now the hotel has been transformed: the corridors and rooms are quite freshly renovated, a convenient "do not disturb /clean up, please" notification system (previously there were just paper signs that could fall at any moment, barely pull or touch the handle, but now there is a built-in system with a simple push of a button). There are calls in the rooms.
I recommend trying a Pina Colada cocktail (just make sure that you are going to drink a cocktail at a table, and not on the beach).
I do not recommend mojito, because a large piece of lemon is added to it instead of lime. And even Sprite (instead of mineral water) with cane sugar does not save from the strong taste of lemon juice.

We rested at the hotel from 01.09 to 08.09.2022.
90% of the vacationers are Germans and Russian Germans. The food is super, the area is clean, well maintained.Gorgeous pools, but the sea was clean only in the morning, after lunch the bio waste was drained, it was a so-so sight... honestly.
There is no animation from the word at all. In the evening - boredom! Chamber music, playing the piano and some shows, again, for boring Germans. In general, if you want a calm and quiet, homely atmosphere, you will like the hotel. For those who want to have fun, you will not succeed, you will die of boredom! The rooms facing the road are tiny, they don't have balconies, it was an unpleasant shock for me. In general, for this money (we paid about 190 thousand for two, for a week), the hotel does not pull for the stated 5 *, maximum 4 *. Sorry, but my review is like this.

I highly do not recommend this hotel, based on the price-quality ratio, as well as staying in 6 hotels on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey, with different numbers of stars and holiday formats. One gets the impression of hyped reviews.
On the plus side: close to the airport, lots of swimming pools, delicious baklava (it would be strange if it were not so).
Of the cons:
1. Let's start with the reception, where at first glance the pretty staff expels guests with security "under the handles" who enter the hotel for 20 minutes, even from the lobby (they require $ 100 for a stay and only until 17:00).
2. Next, we got into a room where the tiles in the bathroom were incorrectly placed, which contributed to the flooding of the corridor (along with the entire bathroom), and wet shoes - in such conditions we lived for two days and after the third trip to the reception for the proceedings, the staff deigned to relocate us (where nothing leaked, hooray).
3. It's funny that in both rooms (let me remind you, this hotel is "five stars"), there were no sets of toothbrushes, bathrobes, incomplete sets of towels (there are standards for 5*).
4. On the last night, the air conditioner in our room broke down and turned off, and it is impossible to sleep with such heat and humidity. Attempts to call the master to promptly resolve the issue, because we need to sleep before the trip, are answered at the reception by a sleepy, absolutely apathetic manager, who mumbled 3 calls in a row that someone would come to us now, but we were completely ignored and left to bake.
5. Kitchen. This is a separate topic. The food was terrible, just disgusting, the food tasteless, not always pleasant to look at, from delicious: omelette, beef tongue and Turkish dishes (one dinner of one day). I was really surprised when I tried watermelon, and it tastes like any other in Moscow in May-June - pumped up. The amount of fruit is very scarce, except for figs, there is nothing interesting. The taste of the food was such that one day we couldn't stand it and went to eat in the city.
6. By the way, about going to the city. The prices of the local hotel driver are such that, in general, you can buy a Turkish tafashi car for 1 time - 40 euros for 12 km of the way to the TerraCity shopping center.
7. The bar. They pour such terrible swill that it's disgusting to drink, and it's scary that you'll go blind tomorrow or worse. They pour, as in cheap clubs in the province, an absolute mess. But imported alcohol is paid, please pay five thousand billion. Speaking of billions, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice is either two or five euros. It's funny when it's free in other hotels.
8. The beach. The beach itself, if you look at it subjectively, is normal, ordinary, like any beach with sand in the Moscow region with an entrance of 200 rubles, only here, thank God, the entrance is included "in the price list". But when you walk 15 meters along the coast to a nearby hotel, you realize how wrong you were in your subjectivity. There is also a pier (our hotel is the only one on the coast without a pier, by the way, we only have a plastic raft on a metal cable), and a full-fledged bar on this pier, and sun beds with clean pillows, and pretty deck chairs, and decorative 2-meter palm trees, and red carpets (funny) to the shore so that your feet do not burn, and even the fences for turtle eggs are made beautifully and aesthetically, and not as if a first-grader was trying to build a birdhouse.
9. By the way, more about the staff. We have never encountered this: we are lying in the room in our underwear, the door just opens and a man in a shirt comes in (as I understand it, this is the cleaning manager), I am just shocked, the door is wide open, it stands for another five seconds. 20 minutes pass, it's getting close to the love of two hearts, when immediately, according to the same scenario, the cleaner comes in and with her "oh, sorry sorry sorry sorry", as in Indian films, slowly, covering her face in her elbow, runs away. I don't understand anything anymore. A passageway, spoiled vacation moments. And no, the "Please clean up" button was not pressed, unfortunately, just like the "Do not disturb" button, which, at the same time, does not give any right to break in with the door wide open. At least they would have knocked for decency.
10. Evening shows. The program with attached photos is painted as if Cirque du Soleil arrives every evening, as a result, two boys on a bicycle and roller skates rode back and forth along the ramp, what is the meaning of such a "show" - I did not understand at all. Well, it seems that there are unlimited bicycles in Turkey...
11. Wi-Fi. You could say he's not here. Generally. He can upload a 15-second video once at once, and then not upload the picture for 5 minutes. And it's not about dedicated traffic to a device or a hotel location. By the way, the net does not catch on the beach either.
12. The hotel itself stands on a vacant lot, there are merchants next to the hotel, x10 of the prices in the city for everything except pharmacy products.
13. There is no luggage storage, no. 100 suitcases are just at the reception, take who you want what you want, I doubt that two Turks who stuck on the phone will remember which suitcase you own. The most valuable things are put "In a safe place" - on the floor, against the wall, behind the reception desk.
14. An additional, final point, from which I almost fainted: I was standing at a bar near the beach, ordered a beer from the bartender, we were talking to him in English, when he asked where I was from, I said that from Moscow, he just falls into indifference with a smile, falls silent and he turns away, No matter where it happens, no matter how anyone treats anything, how is this even possible in a 5-star hotel. Very low on the side of the hotel.

By the way, there were 7 of us in the company, and no one liked it, although we came from different countries and cultures. Will I ever come back here? No, never.
By the way, if it's important to anyone, mostly Germans lived with us at the hotel, and I also met 3-4 Russian-speaking families.

A good hotel, we have rested at the hotel 3 times already, a great beach, without a pier, good entrance for children, 4+ meals, the price is fine, but at the current price it bites.
