For a number of reasons, I needed this particular hotel. Anex Tour has organized a great vacation, thank you. The transfer is fast and clear. The staff at the hotel is attentive and try to help. There is a lot of food in restaurants in the afternoon and evening, everything is fresh, but. You left the hotel at 4:55 a.m. We were refused a lunch box, they said that there is a 24-hour restaurant, eat. We arrived at 4 o'clock, and everything was cleaned up. A few pieces of stale bread, stewed peas and gavareno, apples and yoghurts poured into large containers that had been standing all day before. Coffee and tea. Eat, enjoy your meal. All the variety has gone somewhere. In general, they left hungry, nibbled on a cracker and drank a cup of coffee. By the way, the coffee here is disgusting. Where did the delicious Turkish coffee go, even for money? This is my first Turkish hotel with terrible coffee.
If you take a two-room suite, make no mistake! This is a storage room without a window, directly into which the front door opens, without a corridor, and a small room with beds and a balcony. The balcony is not small in size, but we had an ant farm there. They built two houses, were non-aggressive and did not crawl into the room, but there were a lot of them. It took me to contact the reception twice to have them eliminated. We were given shampoos, gels, toothbrushes in the room only after repeated request. Toilet paper was also put in every other time. But tips for cleaning were taken daily. The bathroom mirror has not been wiped once. But on the third day, the hotel slippers were stolen, they were given again only after contacting the reception. It turned out, according to the reception staff, this is the concept of the hotel: you need something - ask. In general, not the guests who paid a considerable sum for the rest, but the beggars.
To enter the sea, I recommend taking swimming slippers. Pebbles at the entrance. For some it's nothing, but for others it hurts.
About the heated pool. It is open, heats up more or less after lunch, around 2 o'clock. One can only dream of warm water. For me, the water was cold, people were swimming.
I definitely think that the hotel is not worth that kind of money. I can't recommend it.

An interesting hotel!
Of the food, I liked the grilled fish the most in the cafe on the way to the beach👍
There is plenty to choose from in the main dining room. There are also dietary dishes. We were there for a week, so the menu didn't have time to get bored.
I can't adequately assess alcohol-I'm not a specialist. I didn't like the champagne and the red wine. You can drink a couple of mugs of beer. White seems to be normal. My husband found a Red Label whiskey and only drank it. Norm said.
All the vacationers were drinking cocktails. Connoisseurs of these drinks - their variety is great.
Service for 5. Everyone is very polite and smiling.
We had a room with a balcony overlooking the city. The view is very beautiful. They clean every day, supplement the bathroom products, change the towel every day, bed linen every 2 days.
The bar is also replenished daily (water, gas.water, cola, fanta), which, of course, my son liked.
The territory is very beautiful and clean!
The beach is sand, there is a narrow strip of small pebbles near the shore.
It is always possible to find sunbeds during this period of time. We have never run to borrow since early morning. Everything was always busy around the pools. But we love the sea more!
There is entertainment too. Everything that is stated in the description is present!
There were no bathrobes in the room, but if you ask at the reception, they will bring it.
In general, if you go with a positive mood and do not look for flaws, then you can have a great rest.
In this hotel, the staff tries very hard to enjoy your stay.

This is a great hotel. Everything is debugged and works like a Swiss watch. The hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis - meals, drinks and alcohol. The choice is a children's table, a diet table, a grill, theme nights. Alcohol and fruits are local. I especially liked the sea bass grill - it's for those who love fish. There are many themed cafes on the territory - during the vacation we did not have time to visit everything. For 10 euros, there are 2 or 3 restaurants - we also did not have time to visit. The territory is large and well maintained - half is occupied by pools and slides. Its beach is dense sand, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles. The rooms are newly renovated- cleanliness, towels and bed linen are changed every day, shampoo, etc. without breakdown. Of the minuses, the hotel is very large, most of the vacationers are drinking and screaming Germans.
