A very cool hotel. All the staff knows English. It's about 2 minutes away, there's a Starbucks downstairs. There are very good shopping malls around and many restaurants. The frequency is very clean, the breakfasts are very cool.

The reception staff was not very friendly. Upon arrival, it turned out that the payment was only by card, which is not written anywhere. therefore, we have difficulties with payment. We found a way out by paying with a virtual card online. The size of the rooms is very small Everything else is OK

I didn't like the reception staff. We chose a hotel so that we could pay in cash, because Russian cards do not work. Before the trip, I wrote to them several times through booking, but the hotel did not respond. When checking in, the staff first looked for our booking for 20 minutes, then said that you can only pay with a card, we tried to explain to him the situation with cards and that we were ready to pay in cash, which is why we chose the hotel. Then they said that you can only pay with local money, not dollars. There was a machine in the lobby where you can change money, we went there, but the machine did not read the passport. Another employee came to "help". They twisted and turned our passports, almost tore them up. But it was obvious that the scanner was not working. And most importantly, they are silent, they do not comment in any way, they do not offer any other solutions. Tony, the repsheonist who "helped" us, called the support of this device, they said that everything was OK on their part. Tony was still twirling the passport. I tried my ID. But the scanner didn't count his document either. Nothing worked. Then he says he can change our money at the counter. Couldn't he have offered it before? As a result, for some reason at the counter, he changed his mind about changing everything. And he tried to prove to us and explain that everything is OK with the device, it works. We're like, OK, cool... and then what? Something he didn't work on your documents either... in short, this Tony was infuriating wildly... he was typing something in the computer, but he didn't offer us anything, he says maybe you will go to some metro station, maybe they will change your money there.. What? What kind of service? We've been shocked by them for an hour. I myself have already begun to throw at least some options on how to proceed in this case. And he just stands there and is silent. An hour later, he says: let's pay the deposit in dollars for one night, and tomorrow morning we will recalculate and pay in won as you change. .. an hour later, we were offered at least some adequate solution.. but the impression of the service is disgusting. By the way, their English is also very bad (in short, such a service is unacceptable, especially in hotels of this level.
