After the 1st time, I was very impressed with the payment, the receipt of skates, the control area for the exit and entrance to the ice, the acceptance of skates and the return of deposits, and even the overall quality of the ice.

The rink is great, the skates are dead, without insoles and without sharpening. The session lasts 45 minutes. At the same time, after the session, I informed the rental office that my skates were completely not sharpened. In response, the rental specialist said, "it's not my problem, you should be responsible for sharpening and the condition of the skates yourself, sharpening is free."
That is, you suggest that out of the 45 minutes of the session, I first go out on the ice, understand that the skates are dead (my right foot didn't even push off, immediately left), then go out, spend 5 minutes changing shoes, at least 5 minutes sharpening and another 5-7 minutes putting shoes on (the laces of the skates are padded, at least you can use a lighter to scorch them if there are no finances for normal shoelaces with tips), thereby spending 1/3 of the session I paid for the fact that the organization provides me with unserviceable skates for MY money. Besides, one of them didn't even have an insole, which is nonsense.
Bottom line: I've been going to this rink since the end of the noughties, it used to be tolerable, although the quality of the skates always left much to be desired, but at least they weren't rude before in response to the fact that I decided to show civic responsibility and after the session I reported that the skates were not sharpened (I didn't even try to complain, although after the dialogue - it was worth it). Apparently it's time to overpay 5 rubles for a normal skating rink with normal staff and skates.
I give 2 stars for the ice and the price.

Although I haven't been to a public ice rink in a long time, it seems to me that the ice is better in most places.
On the plus side: good music and lighting (although the spotlights should be adjusted better so that they don't blind the eyes). There is also a good food court and a smoking area.
If you're going to this rink, it's better to take your skates or rent them somewhere else, but only with good sharpening. The skates don't sharpen here, they look terrible and should have been thrown away last season. It feels like they're at least 5 years old. In general, I would advise you to look for a place with better quality ice.

Pros: they just don't exist.
Cons: The skates are stupid, dead, in the most terrible condition, putting them on it is not possible to go out on the ice because of something digging into the leg, they absolutely do not hold the leg no matter how you tighten them, plus the leg falls down, and it is even harder to tighten them because of the laces tied to each other.
The ice is uneven, there are puddles, not only are you killing time to change your shoes and carry your skates in the hope that you will be given more or less normal ones, they will also be rude to you because you brought the skates for exchange, then you go out on the ice and realize that it is IMPOSSIBLE to skate on these skates, because You can leave all your teeth on ice or even kill yourself.

Overall, everything is fine. There are many places for changing clothes, storage cells. You can rent a penguin for those who study, 2-3 cafes to have a snack and drink tea / coffee, music. Affordable prices + bonuses when paying with a VISA card.
But on 3/12 tell me the visa bonus program is not working yet, and the most important thing is that there was bad ice along the entire side almost from gate to gate, rather terrible. Like on a hockey box on the street, not deep but pits, not cracks.
This was not the case last season.

It is rented by a private owner of the F1 company. With his arrival, everything was transformed, there was a food court, a beautiful photo zone, a luggage room, a recreation area, modern music with illustrations. But all this is on the street, albeit under a tent. A transparent perimeter fence provides protection from the frosty wind.
