I turned to them for the service "paid envelope with receipt". The essence is that you get an open envelope with a receipt paid for their services. You go with him to the US Embassy, hand over together with the documents for the replacement of the passport. After 10 days, the Embassy puts the passport in an envelope and calls the DHL courier. He picks them up and the service sends them to me. A friend of theirs did this in August and received a passport at home. The girl manager tried to do everything to provide a service, even though she said she didn't know how. There are no questions or complaints about her. She's doing great. She went to the boss three times. He said three times that they did not have such a service. I had to go to the embassy without a DHL package. At the US Embassy, the employee was very surprised, and showed a stack of DHL packages with paid receipts, and said that they send DHL mail to passport recipients without any problems. But obviously the DHL boss decided that I could just refuse. Racism or harmfulness of character, I could not understand.
