Level 2 Local Expert

Slow check-in. The refused to make omelettes even though omelettes were said to be made upon request. Finally the rude cook made one that was complete trash. AC is loud. No fresh juice, only fake processed juice. No fresh fruit and they wouldn't even give an apple. ONLY INSTANT COFFEE!! The location isn't close to any store, be advised. No water waiting the room and it took 20 minutes to bring the water after the slow Check-in. No QUEEN BED, just two twin pushed together. ZERO CHANCE I WILL EVER EVEN CONSIDER EXPOCORE AGAIN.

For an apparently new hotel with 4 stars, too many things off. In the room window was broken, water in the sink didn’t go down, towels were dirty and wet when we arrived, and bathroom wall tiles were left dirty after the previous occupants, bathroom ceiling covered in wet stains. Staff were nice and kind.

A pleasant hotel. There are charming and friendly girls at the reception, we were quickly checked in. The room is nice and spacious. But the stove doesn't work in the kitchen. We chose this hotel precisely because of the opportunity to cook if the children wake up early. But we didn't have to, breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, which is a big plus. We always found something to eat. The porridge was warm in the room. Cleaning every day 👍There was no Wi-Fi for two days-it upset us. Overall, I liked everything, I recommend you to check in.

A nice, clean hotel with a fresh renovation, we were in Yerevan from 11.05 to 05/18/2024. There is a choice of rooms of various sizes at an affordable price. The room was cleaned efficiently and daily. We lived in a spacious two-room room with a kitchenette... With a built-in hob, refrigerator and extractor hood... Even the bar was equipped with dishes and appliances, the only drawback is if there is a kitchen with a hob, then there must be at least one frying pan and saucepan. The breakfast is excellent in the spacious restaurant. It is possible to take full board with lunch and dinner, we took only breakfast, as every day was scheduled for excursions. The menu is quite varied for breakfast, eggs in various variations, sometimes potatoes and pasta, even lentils, sausages, cheese, sausage, sujuk, basturma, desserts and so on, vegetables and fruits. My husband had a round date, he was solemnly congratulated with a cake and champagne. The hostess is a very pleasant and responsive person, she reacted to requests with lightning speed. Respect and respect. It is not located in the very center, but there is a metro nearby, a taxi to the center from 700 to 1000 drams (170-250 rubles) , there is a supermarket nearby

The windows in the rooms are large, but they cannot be opened - only the air conditioner will be able to ventilate the room. The breakfasts at the hotel are not bad, the dishes were changed daily during our stay. A strange nuance, for which there is a minus one star: One day the maid did not come to us, because we hung up the "do not enter" icon. In the evening, we asked to bring us water, and we were offered to buy water for 500 Drams. This policy seemed very strange to us - water is bought based on the number of rooms, why do you need to pay extra? The staff eventually gave in and did not demand money, but the negotiations themselves on such a topic were strange.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, but if you just want to spend 2-3 nights, then it's normal. The hotel seems to be a year old, but it is already very "tired". We had an early check-in, the hotel went to meet us and checked us in. There are no beautiful views from the window, but they are not needed if you only come to sleep. Slippers, bathrobes on request. The trash is taken out every day, towels and bed linen are not changed. The breakfasts are without frills, which surprised me, it's instant coffee, but at your request, the barista will make it for you. The staff is friendly and always comes to meet you.

Despite the fact that the remove room sign was on, we were gone all day and did nothing. At the same time, they come to check the mini-bar at 9:00, even with a do not disturb sign, they went in and checked. It's an outrage. The windows don't open. On the plus side, the hotel is relatively new and the furniture and linen are generally new. That's all.

The hotel is on solid +3, the rooms are clean, lots of towels, but the pillows are not very comfortable. Also in the room there is one remote control for two TVs, and one remote control for three air conditioners. Which is not very convenient. Breakfast is limited, and repeats every day. Porridge should be ordered, and coffee is only instant. There are also not enough tables in the "hot" time. I wish there was a shoe spoon in the room. The staff is very helpful, helps to solve all issues. Tea and coffee in the room are free of charge. In general, if you don't find fault too much, then it's a good hotel.

We stayed with friends at this hotel. The rooms are decent, cleaning every day. But, very poor breakfasts. And coffee is hardly coffee. Disgusting. But in the bar there is a normal coffee for payment. I had to go to other places for breakfast.
