In early March, I went to the clinic with pain in my shoulder blade radiating to my right arm. They examined me, immediately recommended physio, and immediately offered me a 10-day complex of about 300,000 tng. I also said that my knee was bothered once, there was a rupture of the nipple. I was given a referral for 2 MRI scans, on the knee joint and the cervical spine.
They immediately offered to undergo 1 session of physio with shock wave therapy as a gift.
I received a gift certificate, but did not immediately pay for the proposed physio complex, saying that first I needed a diagnosis, and only then some appointments. Interest in me has disappeared).
The next day, I had an MRI scan in the same building. It was Sunday, and I arrived at the appointed time. Everything was fine, but when I got into the machine there was nothing to make up (usually disposable sheets are put in), the specialist referred to the day off and said that they had not been issued for today.
A couple of days later, I received the MRI results with a description. Extrusion and a lot of things in the cervical region. Plus a hemangioma in the body of the c7 vertebra.
Then I found out that with hemangioma, physio with shock wave therapy is strictly contraindicated!!! Here is such a gift). I hope you didn't do too much damage.
I want to warn everyone that before receiving appointments, go through the diagnosis. As far as I understand, in this center (quite possibly a good one) everything is aimed at selling as many procedures as possible at once. But the conclusion based on the results of a paid doctor's appointment was not given to me.

I coordinated the procedures with the doctor Madi Mukhtarovich. they removed acupuncture because they had previously undergone acupuncture and physio at another clinic. and because each procedure is very expensive. They promised that there would be an improvement. they promised that the guarantee would remain. as a result, after the second control MRI scan, the hernia remained. the pain in my back and leg remained. now the warranty is being waived.
I do not recommend this clinic.

I am very unhappy. Deception. They said on the phone about hernia resorption without surgery - a course of treatment. I came with pictures of my 2 hernias by the age of 39. The doctor prescribed a course of 175,000 tg physiotherapy (lasers, magnetic, shock wave + 6 acupuncture) for 8 days. Then 8 kinesis per 85,000 tg. And that would be fine. The doctor says the chance of resorption is 20%. By the way, it is not fully known why resorption occurs. The doctor honestly said this too. And the finance girl says 90% of the cure, when I started asking "where did these results come from?", she replied that they did not promise resorption, and 250,000 in total for 3 weeks is purely for muscle relaxation - relaxation of the back muscles.
And they promise on the phone.
In general, I was upset and lost 5000 tenge.
