The first time I visited the wonderful master, Master Zuhra, I really liked everything
I didn't have time to make an appointment with her the second time, so I came to a young man, he ruined my hair, so much nail polish and curling iron, and as a result, my hairstyle "fell off" immediately after styling in 10 minutes, I didn't even have time to leave the salon. All that the master replied was "well, it happens, you have natural hair" (he knew that they were natural before styling). The salon, seeing the result, presented a "grooming procedure"
When I arrived at it, it turned out that I needed to go to another branch, which the operator did not warn me about, there is no data about this service, and there is no record of it either. I stood at the reception for a long time to get my bearings on what to do next, but the girl decided that it was better to answer incoming calls, and I would continue to wait.
It's really a pity, but I won't be coming to this salon anymore, the level of customer orientation is so low.

I went to Instagram, there is no contact phone number anywhere, how to contact the salon is unknown.
I wrote to Yandex. Direct, waited 40 minutes for an answer, and eventually went to another salon.

I have been in Tashkent for 2 months. I do not know the places, respectively, but I was lucky to find this particular salon on the Internet.The salon itself is just a fairy tale. Beautiful and cozy. Tasteful in the boudoir style. Special thanks to master Irina K, who was able to make a stylish haircut out of my damaged hair, which I wanted and even better. She is a master with a lot of experience, she feels professional in her field, in general, she was lucky to get to her. I highly recommend Irina, she has a taste, once you get to her, you don't have to worry about a stylish and modern look. As for the manicure, I hesitated to go, because the technique is slightly different there and in general I have not been doing manicure for a long time and I will do it, due to personal beliefs about common tools, and I'm afraid that my fingers will be cut, because I did not notice that my hands were steamed to begin with. But they also seem to have a normal manicure, and everything is clean and sterile - the machine is visible according to the sanpin, everything is sterilized.I am very satisfied with the service - the salon is a pro.

The craftsmen are not experienced, the client is not heard at close range.
I came to the air touch coloring, specially grew roots to achieve a better result and be a blonde-the result was colored darker than it was!Even what was "before" was ruined.They promised 3 hair restoration procedures for free-1 procedure was done and that's it.....They didn't even remember about the others!
In addition, I went there for a manicure.
They did it for a long time, but in principle it's not bad…
The last two times I signed up for online recordings, I come they tell me "your record is not in the system, apparently a failure" For the first time at least they made a manik nevertheless, today I arrived with the same situation and they cut off the cover from one hand and just sent me home "they say again my record is not in their database"
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON, especially to Russian girls who are used to high-quality services and service!
