Our son is studying at the university in Izmir, and we decided to purchase an apartment so that the whole family could come. We were offered several options, but one option especially surprised us.: It was an apartment in Izmir's largest project, in the city center with a sea view! We immediately decided to buy there, because it's just an incredible project, everything is nearby: the center, a transport interchange, it's very convenient to get anywhere in the city! And more importantly, the price of these apartments more than surprised us! In other residential complexes nearby, such apartments are half as expensive!! And Excluzival and the company's management even got us an even bigger discount from the developer! We are very happy and we are already waiting for the check-in. By the way, Excluzival's designers have already started working with us on the furnishing of our new apartment, so that we can go there as soon as the whole house is rented out. We can't wait to see June this year and enjoy the sea views in our cool apartment in the heart of Izmir! It's just a dream come true!
