The exchange rate of $ was not bad. Old-style banknotes are exchanged at the exchange rate below. In other exchangers, I changed them the same way. I wanted to change rubles by transfer via the SBP using their chat, but I wasted 20 minutes, as the SBP immediately blocked the transfer to the specified contact to an individual. There were no problems with the transfer of SBP for services and excursions in other places. Therefore, the overall impression was closer to a bad one.
